Easy DIY Frozen-Inspired Ornaments

Today's post is inspired by those of you who want to brrrrring a little Frozen to your holidays. These DIY Frozen ornaments are easy enough that your little ones can give you a hand!

DIY Frozen Ornaments

Make these glitter ornaments for the Frozen fans in your life. You can leave them plain or add some vinyl to them to dress them up a little. Aren't they cute?

DIY Frozen Ornaments

For these DIY Frozen ornaments, you'll need:

  • Glass bulb ornaments
  • Pledge floor wax
  • Glitter (blue, dark pink/purple and white)
  • Funnel
  • Optional: vinyl

Pour some floor wax into an ornament and gently swirl around. Try to not create air bubbles. Pour extra wax back into the bottle. Use funnel to pour glitter into the bulb, cover inside completely and return extra to the glitter container.

DIY Frozen Ornaments

Replace ornament top. The blue is for Elsa, the purple is for Anna, and the white is Olaf.

But you can add a little something extra to each of them if you like. I chose a snowflake, a small flourish and a carrot nose.

What do you think? Which one of these DIY Frozen ornaments is your favorite? Click here if you want to see how I made the glitter trees in the background and here if you want to make Anna and Elsa bags.

Would you follow the same instructions for a plastic ornament instead of glass? Do you think the floor wax would still work?

These look great! How did you get the snowflake and carrot nose on the ornaments?

These are fantastic! I've never heard of using wax, but it makes complete sense. Thanks for sharing, I think I'm going to make a set for my niece. Merry Christmas!
