  Park Preparation

  We’ve created this one-day park plan for Universal Islands of Adventure so you can experience the most popular attractions with the lowest waits. This plan assumes you are not staying on-site at a Universal Orlando Resort on-site hotel, and you are entering the park ahead of official opening and finishing in the evening. Normally we would recommend riding a ride as popular as Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey^TM at park opening, but if you are not staying on-site and therefore do not have one-hour Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™, you will find lower waits in the evening. Because the Hogwarts^TM Express: Hogsmeade^TM Station requires a Park-to-Park ticket, we have not included it in this one-day plan.

  *If you are staying at a Universal Orlando Resort on-site hotel, we recommend taking advantage of Early Park Admission to experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter^TM - Hogsmeade^TM™ when crowds are at their absolute lowest, with the option to revisit it in the evening.

This plan assumes you are not staying on-site at a Universal Orlando Resort™ hotel, and you are entering the park at official opening and finishing in the evening. We recommend visiting on a weekday for lower crowds. During busier times, a virtual queue may be in use for select rides. This plan assumes virtual queues are not in use.
