EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort will wrap up its multi-year transformation with even more exciting developments by the end of 2023. The area just behind Spaceship Earth, now called World Celebration, will house CommuniCore Hall. This colorful location will host both festival offerings and character meet-and-greets!
Once it's open later this year, you'll be able to meet Mickey Mouse and friends at CommuniCore Hall. While you can currently meet the characters throughout the park, this will be a colorful indoor location to meet your favorite pals.
The rest of the building will house a dynamic exhibition space that will change for each of EPCOT's four festivals, such as EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. The flexible space will focus on art, live music and food — and even feature a demonstration kitchen!
