Hi there! Welcome to our weekly roundup of the most interesting news around Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando, Universal Studios Hollywood and other theme parks and cruise lines.
Weekly Roundup of Theme Park and Cruise News
- It's starting to feel more and more like spring! Disney just released menus for the upcoming EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, and we can hardly wait to start grazing come March 4! This year's festival will feature over 20 outdoor kitchens and 75 new menu items, including French Toast at Brunchcot and the adorable pictured Mickey-shaped Lemon-Violet Macaron at Sunshine Seasons. Hop over to our full Flower and Garden menus post to see all of the delicious details!
- Something new is blowing into Universal Orlando CityWalk! Luke Combs' Category 10 will open in late 2027, featuring live music, free line dancing and Carolina-style eats. We've got our boots ready!
- The Year of the Fire Horse is here, and with it, Lunar New Year foods have also arrived at Universal Orlando! From Lunar Glazed Pork Fried Rice at Lombard's Seafood Grille in Universal Studios Florida, to the Fiery Horse Crunch Roll at the Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar in CityWalk, these new eats are making our must-try list. If you're like us, note that these limited-time offerings will only be available through Feb. 27!
- It just got easier to find School Bread in Norway at EPCOT. The popular treat — a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in coconut — is now available at the brand-new Norway Beer Cart. The kiosk also sells ice cream novelties and a variety of beers. School Bread still remains available at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe.
- Last week, we were excited to talk about the newly-announced summer 2027 Disney Cruise Line itineraries — and they are now on sale for select Castaway Club members! These sailings will be available for the general public to book beginning Feb. 23, 2026. Don't froget that Undercover Tourist offers exclusive savings on Disney Cruise Line sailings (including these new summer 2027 offerings!). To learn more about Disney Cruise Line's new summer 2027 itineraries, hop over to this post.
- Undercover Tourist's biggest deal is BACK for a limited time! Grab Walt Disney World Resort adult tickets at child prices before it's too late. Tickets are valid for visits through Dec. 31, 2026, for 3-Day tickets or longer. Grown-ups, talkin' directly to you. Visiting during Cool Kids' Summer is the perfect opportunity to live out your childhood dreams or relive your favorite memories — you'll basically be a kid again!
That's a wrap on the latest theme park and cruise news.
Hoppy planning!
