Orlando International Airport is located 9 miles southeast of downtown Orlando at the junction of SR 436 (Semoran Blvd.) and SR 528 (Beach Line Expy - Toll Road). Here are directions to the major attractions from Orlando International Airport.
To International Drive:
Take the North Exit Road from Orlando International Airport to SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road). Take SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road) west to Exit 1 and follow signs to International Drive/Convention Center.
To Lake Buena Vista (Walt Disney World Resort area):
Take the North Exit Road from Orlando International Airport to SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road). Take SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road) west to Interstate 4. Take Interstate 4 west to Lake Buena Vista. OR Take the South Exit Road from Orlando International Airport to Central Florida Greenway (Route 417). Take SR 536 which leads directly to Walt Disney World.
To Universal Orlando Resort:
Take the North Exit Road from Orlando International Airport to SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road). Take SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road) west to Interstate 4. Take Interstate 4 east and follow signs to Universal Orlando.
To SeaWorld:
Take the North Exit Road from Orlando International Airport to SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road). Take SR 528 (Bee Line/Beach Line Expressway - Toll Road) west to Exit 1 and follow signs to Sea World.
To Busch Gardens:
Take ramp toward South Exit/SR 417-Toll road. Merge onto SR 417 South (Central Florida Greeneway) toward Interstate 4/Tampa/Disney World. Merge onto I-4 West via the exit on the left towards Tampa. Merge onto Interstate 75 North via Exit 9 towards Ocala/Temple Terrace. Merge onto East Fowler Ave/SR 582 W via Exit 265 towards Temple Terrace/Univ South Florida/Busch Gardens. Turn left onto N McKinley Dr/SR 585A South. Turn right onto E Busch Blvd/SR 580.
Interstate 4 is the main interstate which runs East/West across Florida. Here are commonly used exits.

For Sanford International Airport
Exits 75A & 75B - International Drive and Universal Boulevard
Orlando Premium Outlets, Wet 'n Wild and Universal Orlando Main Parking
(This is typically the least congested way to access this area.)
Exits 74A & 74B - Sand Lake Road and International Drive Area
Main Tourism Area (with Hotels, Shops & Restaurants), Orlando Convention Center
(Traffic can be very heavy in this area; alternate route via Exits 75A & B)
Exit 72 - Highway 528 (Toll) (Beach Line Expressway)
To Orlando International Airport, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach
(Exit 1 off of Hwy 528 is International Drive)
Exit 71 - Central Florida Parkway
To SeaWorld Orlando
(Eastbound only from Lake Buena Vista or Kissimmee)
Exit 68 - Highway 535 (Lake Buena Vista)
Westbound - Downtown Disney, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (via Hotel Plaza Blvd.)
Eastbound - To World Drive (Hwy 536) to Hwy 417 (Toll) for Orlando International Airport, Sanford International Airport, Cocoa Beach
Eastbound - To Kissimmee Junction, Florida Poinciana Blvd., Osceola Parkway, US Hwy 192-E
Exit 67 - Walt Disney World Resort Area
