Overview of Norah Jones and the "Visions Tour"
Upon the release of her 2002 debut studio album, "Come Away with Me," Norah Jones became a global phenomenon. The album reached No. 1 in 20 countries and sold nearly 30 million copies — earning Jones multiple Grammy Awards in 2003, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Best New Artist. Since then, she's sold more than 52 million albums, with her songs garnering more than 10 billion streams worldwide. Billboard magazine ranked her 60th on its 2000s Artists of the Decade chart, also naming her the top jazz artist of the 2000s decade.
A collaborative effort with producer and multi-instrumentalist Leon Michaels, "Visions" is a vibrant and joyous 12-song collection dropping on March 8, 2024. In these brand-new tracks, Jones sings about feeling free, wanting to dance, righting her wrongs and accepting whatever life throws her way. Her nine-date East Coast tour is kicking off May 6 in Boston, MA, and ending June 30 in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Opening Acts for the "Visions Tour"
For the 2024 tour, R&B and soul singer and songwriter Emily King will be joining Jones on the road. A four-time Grammy Award nominee, King worked closely with Jones to release a reimagined version of her song "Bad Memory" in June 2023. She also helped to compose "Being Human," the ending theme song for the Cartoon Network animated series "Steven Universe Future."
