It's time for the Frog Family's weekly roundup of Disney and Orlando theme park tidbits from the interwebs.
We love comments! Drop us a line below if you have something to share.
This week’s highlights:
-
The biggest news of the week is also one that the Frog Family cannot wait to experience. Universal Orlando finally confirmed that the ongoing construction in the park is for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter -- Diagon Alley. The new entertainment area, themed around Harry Potter's London, will live in Universal Studios across from its Potter counterpart in Islands of Adventure, and guests will be able to travel between the two areas aboard Hogwart’s Express! Yup, Hogwart's Express is coming to life!
- The Disney Parks Blog has put together this fun infographic on which Disney World park you should visit first, which, of course, begs the question of which park do you visit first? Share your thoughts in comments below! Mommy Frog and Tad like to visit Epcot first, but only if it's not an arrival day since they like to spend the whole day exploring their old favorites and discovering new ones.

Just because you’re visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this weekend doesn’t mean it’s too late to get something special for Mom, and the “A Magical Wish: Fulfill A Dream” package from Disney Floral & Gifts has all she needs to feel magical -- including a fairytale wand!
- Also happening this weekend is the official coronation ceremony at Magic Kingdom for Merida, who is set to become Disney's 11th princess. Guests can come to celebrate the occasion at 9:30 a.m.
-
SeaWorld Orlando gave us yet another glimpse inside Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin AND announced that country artist Lauren Alaina will perform the official theme song for the coming attraction.
- There's a new extreme burger on the menu at the ESPN Club on Disney's Boardwalk: The Farmhouse Burger starts with potato pancakes instead of bread and includes a fried egg, sausage, roasted tomatoes, arugula and an Angus burger.

One of the coolest things we saw this week were the amazing photos of the waterfall outside of Radiator Springs Racers at Disney California Adventure. I don't know about you, but it really had me wishing I was there to experience it!
That’s all for this week. Until next week, happy planning!
