Though rare, severe weather can occasionally cause operational closures for the SoCal theme parks. Due to heavy rains and potential flooding currently in the Los Angeles area, several theme parks have announced operational adjustments. We will continue to update as we learn more from each of the parks.
Disneyland Resort Updates
- On Feb. 5, 2024, Disneyland Park closed early at 8 p.m. (instead of 10 p.m.), and Disney California Adventure is closing at 8 p.m. (instead of 9 p.m.).

Universal Studios Hollywood Updates
- At this time, no closures have been announced.

Knott's Berry Farm Updates
- Knott's Berry Farm and the California Marketplace closed Feb. 5 and 6, 2024. Tickets purchased for these dates will be valid until Feb. 25, 2024.
- Knott's Berry Farm and the California Marketplace closed Feb. 19 and 20, 2024 due to inclement weather. Tickets purchased for these dates will be valid until April 28, 2024.

Six Flags Magic Mountain Updates
- Six Flags Magic Mountain closed on Feb. 4 and 5, 2024. All tickets purchased for these dates will be honored on any other regular operating day through Dec. 29, 2024.

SeaWorld San Diego Updates
- SeaWorld San Diego closed Feb. 5 and 6, 2024.
- SeaWorld San Diego is closed Feb. 20, 2024.
