Surprisingly soulful, singer-songwriter Teddy Swims first garnered attention by uploading song covers such as "Rock with You" by Michael Jackson and "You’re Still the One" by Shania Twain onto his YouTube channel. Introduced to artists like Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder from a young age, Swims fell in love with performance through his time in high-school theatre. After appearances on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" and "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," a tour supporting Zac Brown Band and collaborations with artists including Meghan Trainor, Mitchell Tenpenny, ILLENIUM and more, he saw his first Billboard 200 appearance in 2022. Swims' 2023 single "Lose Control," the lead single from his debut album "I’ve Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1)," topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
