OMG! Tad wants to go DHS, Lily wants to go to AK for EMH, I need to check my ADRs for CRT and Leap is asking a CM to help him find HMs!Translation: I'm glad I know my Disney acronyms!

There are hundreds of Disney acronyms for everything from individual hotels to attractions inside the parks. Here's a list of the most common ones in case you get stumped or if you want to decipher my first sentence...

Resort Acronyms

  • WDW – Walt Disney World
  • MK – Magic Kingdom® Park
  • EP or EC – Epcot®
  • HS or DHS – Disney’s Hollywood Studios®
  • AK – Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park
  • BB – Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
  • TL – Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
  • DD or DTD – Downtown Disney
  • WWOS – Wide World of Sports
  • DQ – Disney Quest

Dining Acronyms
