The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is one of the largest zoos in the country with over 10,000 animals representing 720 species, a state-of-the-art Aquarium with over 3,000 aquatic animals, The ProMedica Museum of Natural History, a children’s playland and an aerial adventure course all in one action-packed location. One of the main attractions is the internationally famous Hippoquarium®, where hippos swim and play in a giant glass-sided pool. Feed the giraffes at Tower Ridge and touch sting rays at the Aquarium’s Touch Tank.
