Fremont Street (Old Vegas)
Frog Family Rating:
Known by locals as “Old Vegas”, the second most famous street in Las Vegas is Fremont Street, the former main hub of the city. Prior to the mega-towering, glitzy skyscraper casinos along the Las Vegas Strip, the city came to life on block after block of iconic neon signs and marquees adorning Vegas’ first frogtastic casinos, like Binion’s Horseshoe, the Golden Nugget, the Pioneer Club and many more, earning it the name of “Glitter Gulch”. In fact, this sparkling street was often the chosen backdrop for movies and TV shows! Now home to iconic attractions like the Fremont Street Experience, the Neon Museum, The Mob Museum, foodie tours and more, the historic lilypad of the Rat Pack, showgirls, mobsters and visitors alike is still buzzing with entertainment.
