Grand Canyon West
Frog Family Rating:
The Hualapai Tribe welcomes you to Grand Canyon West, an opportunity to experience both the awe-inspiring and world-renowned Grand Canyon and the heritage and traditions of the "People of the Tall Pines". Hop over to Eagle Point’s authentic Native American Village with the use of the included hop-on, hop-off shuttle and explore traditionally built structures, enjoy the song and dance of the locals and shop the handcrafted jewelry and weavings of the Hualapai, Hopi and Mojave tribes. Venture over to the Skywalk to see unparalleled views of one of the world’s Seven Natural Wonders from a horseshoe-shaped glass bridge that extends out over the Grand Canyon 70 feet past the canyon's edge. While it may be scary, it's worth taking the leap for the views! And don't worry because the glass bridge is strong enough to hold 70 fully loaded 747 passenger jets. Don't froget to check out the dramatic viewpoint at Guano Point, where the remnants of the form aerial tram used to mine across the river years ago.
