Redemption
Alcatraz Island Tour:
Once you've completed your booking with Undercover Tourist, the supplier (Skyline Sightseeing) requires guests to redeem their voucher by online check-in at least 72 hours prior to departure to retrieve your tickets (instructions provided on voucher).
IMPORTANT: This voucher will NOT be accepted by Alcatraz Cruises at Pier 33.
PLEASE NOTE: Alcatraz Tour departure times are automatically allocated and cannot be changed. We suggest to keep your day flexible until you receive your confirmed departure time after checking in online. No refunds will be given for no-shows or missed ferry departures. You can start the Hop-On Hop-Off tour at any time. The busses run frequently throughout the day.

Availability
Operating Days:Daily (except Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year’s Day).
Operating Hours:- Hop-On Hop-Off Tour: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, busses run every 30-60 minutes
- Alcatraz Island Tour: exact departure time will be provided upon reconfirming your tour with the operator
Duration:- Hop-On Hop-Off Tour: approx. 2 hours (if staying on the bus for an entire loop)
- San Francisco Night Tour: approx. 60-90 minutes
- Alcatraz Island Tour: it varies and it depends on how much time is spent on the island; an average visit takes about 3-4 hours (including ferry rides and check-in process)
You will select your redemption date for your Alcatraz Tour during checkout; the Hop-On Hop-Off pass is flexible and you can start the bus tour at any time.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, E-Ticket must be unused and not expired, and canceled at least 30 days prior to the redemption date. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets, or any E-ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
Expiration
- Alcatraz Tour expires on the selected visit date. You will select your visit date during checkout.
- Hop-On Hop-Off Tour expires after two (2) days of use.
- Night Tour expires after first use.
