What You Need to Know About the Boy George & Squeeze Tour 2024
Boy George started his musical journey as the lead singer of the English new wave band Culture Club in 1981. "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me" (a song off the band's first album) became one of their biggest international hits, hitting No. 1 in the UK, topping the charts in 23 countries and becoming No. 2 in the U.S. The band has since sold more than 50 million records. Boy George started a solo career in 1987, and the band split up in 1988. He's a singer, songwriter, actor and DJ. Some of Boy George's and Culture Club's most popular hits include "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me" and "Karma Chameleon." The band reunited in 2014 (and will be playing together again in later 2024) — however, Boy George still does solo projects.
Boy George joins English rock band Squeeze on tour this summer. Known for new wave songs such as "Hourglass," "Tempted," Pulling Mussels," Squeeze celebrates 50 years this year.
