Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to get crafty. We’ve created a DIY Moana-Inspired Lollipop Flower as a sweet treat for your favorite Valentine. It’s easy to make and oh-so-fun to give. Lily loves Moana, so this Valentine’s Day we decided to create this DIY lollipop flower inspired by Moana’s flower crown (because who doesn’t love her?).
You’ll want a bouquet of DIY Moana Lollipop Flowers to say “Be my Valentine,” but you could also easily adapt this for any occasion, including birthday party fun or just rainy days when the tadpoles don't want to go outside.
How to Make Your Very Own DIY Moana Lollipop Flowers
Follow our easy-peasy, step-by-step instructions below for the DIY Moana Lollipop Flower and give them one at a time or bundled in a bouquet!

For the DIY Moana Lollipop Flower, you’ll need:
- Colored scrapbook paper
- Moana Lollipop Flower printable template
- Tootsie pops (miniatures work best)
- Scissors
- Tape
First, print the Moana-Inspired Lollipop Flower template and cut out the shapes using the instructions. Hop here to print the DIY Lollipop Flower template.
Hop tip: Use a pencil to outline the shapes then cut out and poke holes.
Assemble the flower by sliding the small center piece first through the lollipop stick, followed by the large flower piece, then the leaf. Slip the flower shapes to the very top of the lollipop stick.
Add tape underneath paper to secure in place. Lightly fold leave in half and push and fold petals up to achieve more dimension.
