Space Beagle (Camp Snoopy Theater): 3, 2, 1… blast off! Snoopy takes his first trip to the moon in this fun-filled daytime show. Watch the PEANUTS gang sing and dance their way through Snoopy’s glorious adventure as he becomes the First Dog on the Moon. Froglets may want to jump up and join the party themselves!
Happiness Is… (Calico Stage): NEW in 2020, “Happiness Is…” brings the whole PEANUTS gang together, celebrating friendship and dancing away to well-known tunes. Mommy and Daddy Frogs might recognize some favorites from their own youth during this vibrant, high-energy performance.
Woodstock Music Festival (Calico Stage - Nighttime): When the sun goes down, Woodstock’s Music Festival comes to Ghost Town! This rock-and-roll show, led by The Jelly of the Month Club, is a great way to end the day.
Cowboy Jamboree (Calico Park): Froglets are invited to an adventure through the Wild, Wild West with PEANUTS friends Franklin and Linus. Games include stick horse races, horseshoe tosses and other Western activities.
PEANUTS Sketch School (Bird Cage Theater): If your froglets enjoy the Animation Studio at Disney’s California Adventure then they’ll like this activity for sure! Take a break from all the rides and food, and learn how to create a PEANUTS masterpiece from the park’s resident art teacher.
Knott's Food Specialties
There are plenty of delicious new food items throughout the park but we’ve selected the best of the best for your froglets:
Pulled Pork Baked Mac & Cheese (Ghost Town): Cheese and bacon are a wonderful duo, and this specialty treat flawlessly combines the two. Chow down on pulled pork, bacon, onion rings and mac & cheese with this new food item, located at Wagon Wheel Pizza!
Mommy Frog Tip: We recommend splitting one of these rich dishes between you and all your froglets to avoid upset stomachs on some of the bigger rides.
Snoopy’s Dog House Hot Dogs (Fiesta Village): Snoopy has taken over Fiesta Dogs and put his own spin on their menu, including the Beagle Scout, an all-beef dog topped with corn relish, guacamole and crispy jalapeño bites.
Frooty Tooty Funnel Cake (Ghost Town, The Boardwalk): This colorful masterpiece is every sugar fanatic’s dream (although it might cause froglets to hop around with more energy than usual!) Indulge in a rice krispy treat, vanilla ice cream and a Fruity Pebbles-laden funnel cake! Located at the Log Ride Funnel Cake stand and Cable Car Kitchen.
(P.S. If you’re more of a chocolate fiend we recommend going for the Mud Pie Funnel Cake instead. Chocolate pudding, chocolate chips and whipped cream galore!)
Charlie Brown Macarons & Baked Goods (Ghost Town): Macarons are fun to eat in general, but the experience is even more delightful when it’s decorations are inspired by the one and only Charlie Brown! Colorful sugar cookies featuring the rest of the PEANUTS gang are also available. Taste them for yourself at the Ghost Town Bakery.
Knott's PEANUTS Celebration Rides & Other Attractions
Beagle Bonanza (Camp Snoopy): Give your little froglets a break from hopping around and hop aboard the Grand Sierra Railroad instead. This kid-sized train ride takes you through a series of fun scenes as the PEANUTS gang prepare for their Beagle Bonanza. Before you know it, you’ll be right in the middle of the party itself.
Pig Pen’s Pig Pen (Livery Stable): Say hello to horses, donkeys, piglets and Pig Pen himself at Pig Pen’s Pig Pen! This is a great stop on the way from Ghost Town into The Boardwalk.
Pigskin PEANUTS Exhibit (Calico Town Hall): For a slower pace, take a moment to visit the family-friendly Pigskin Exhibit in Calico Town Hall. Learn about the cultural impact the PEANUTS have played over the years through classic football-themed storylines. This special exhibit was organized by the Charles M. Schulz Museum.
Comic-Strip Photo Opportunities: From the second you step through the gates froglets are greeted with vibrant photo opportunities, brought to life from classic PEANUTS comic strips.
Fans of the beloved PEANUTS strip might remember the infamous Charlie Brown & Lucy football gag, or Linus being dragged by his blanket and an ever-insatiable Snoopy.
A jaunt through Camp Snoopy will reveal even more comic-strip vignettes and reminders of some of the most well-beloved phrases (Good Grief!).
