For 49ers games, concerts and other live events, Levi's Stadium parking lots open three and a half hours prior to start time and close two hours after the event. It is recommended you arrive 2-3 hours prior to kickoff, especially for 49ers games. If arriving too close to start time, expect delays getting into the stadium.

You can purchase parking ahead of time, which provides a mobile parking pass easily on your phone. Otherwise, you can purchase at the event (though it may be limited and possibly more expensive). Note that the parking lots are cashless.

Levi's Stadium parking includes Red Lots 1-3, Red Lot 7, Green Lots 1-6, Blue Lot 1 and Yellow Lot 1. Pricing varies depending on the event and proximity to the stadium. Tailgating is permitted in select areas — be sure to follow the tailgating guidelines.

On non-event days, there is free parking available at Red Lot 1 with easy access to the Visa Box Office and 49ers Team Store.

Besides car parking, there is also free bicycle parking available in Red Lot 1, Gate A and Gate C for most events.

There are four main numbered sections at the stadium — 100s, 200s, 300s, 400s. The 100s will put you closest to the field while the 400s are the highest up on the visitor side. The Levi's Stadium capacity is 68,500 seats. Seat selection is, of course, based on budget and personal preference. Do you prefer a straight-on view or a unique angle from the end zone? Do you want to be close to restrooms and concessions? Are you looking to be on the home or visitor's side of the field? There are lots of factors to consider when choosing your seat.
