Megan Moroney began to learn piano and sing with her father at a young age. The Georgia-born singer opened for Chase Rice, in college, performing her first song, “Stay a Memory.” She interned for Sugarland's Kristian Bush, who later helped Moroney produce several singles and a debut album.
Moroney brings a fresh sound to country music with her poetic lyrics about toxic relationships and girlhood woes. She is known for her graceful and gritty mix of country, folk and Southern rock. Her single “Tennessee Orange” peaked at No. 38 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 10 on the Hot Country Songs chart. The singer landed a spot on the CMT Next Women of Country Class of 2023. She collaborated with Old Dominion on “Can’t Break Up Now” and released “No Caller ID” in 2024.
