1. Eligibility: Undercover Tourist’s “Olivia Rodrigo Ticket Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except residents of Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and U.S. Military installations located in a foreign country) who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of InsiderGuide, LLC dba Undercover Tourist (“Sponsor”), Gleam, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated entities, suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of all parties are not eligible. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Giveaway Rules (the “Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: Giveaway begins on November 14th, 2023, at 11 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 28th, 2023, (the “Giveaway Period”).
4. How to Enter The Giveaway: Go to https://www.undercovertourist.com/Sweepstakes (the “Website”) and follow the instructions. Some optional entry options require you to have a Instagram or Facebook account. If you do not have one, you must create one. After you have successfully created your required account, follow the instructions on the Website to enter the Giveaway.

5. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive Two (2) floor seat tickets to Olivia Rodrigo Concert on March 5^th, 2024 at 7:30pm at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The Fair Market Value of the Prize is $2,748.00. Actual final retail value of each Prize may be higher or lower. Winner will not receive difference between actual final and approximate retail value. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility.
6. Random Drawing: One (1) prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/05/2023 from among all eligible entries received in the Promotion by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
7. Winner Notification & Requirements:

Winner must be 18 years or older. Potential winner will be notified via email after the random drawing has occurred by the email provided upon entering. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within two (2) business days after selection. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.

Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) (the “Prize Acceptance Documents”) within five (5) days of notification or prize will be forfeited. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined.

Sponsor will use reasonable good faith efforts to award Prize by following the winner process described above. If in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions, Sponsor has the option to donate any unwanted Prize(s) to a charity of its choice.

All Potential Prize Winners must be willing and able to travel to and attend concert noted in “Prizes”. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any attempt to sell, transfer or refund the Prize, in whole or in part, for cash or otherwise, will deem the Prize void and forfeited. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitutions or cash redemptions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any portion of prize not used by winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. Prize is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Awarding of all Prizes is subject to verification of eligibility, submission of all required Assignment and Release Forms, and compliance with these Official Rules and applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to request, in its sole discretion, and Entrant agrees to cooperate with Sponsor’s request to have a background check done on any Prize winner. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses associated with the Prize acceptance, and any other expenses relating to the Prize, including ground transportation and meals.

8. Redemption Details: Upon receipt of signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, the verified Winner will receive instructions on how to redeem their prize and representative of Undercover Tourist will contact you to help secure the tickets and explain the process. Specifically, tickets will be transferred to your mobile device on or around March, 3^rd 2024. Due to ticket delivery requirements of this concert, tickets will not be available for transfer until this time. Our customer service team is available from 8AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday. If you have any questions before the concert or about the mobile transfer, please call 1 833-221-0960.
9. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, website inaccessibility, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or mail or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical, typographical or human errors that may occur in the processing of any entries in, or the administration of, this Giveaway. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, the Giveaway is compromised by viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which otherwise corrupt or interfere, or may corrupt or interfere, with the administration, security, fairness or intended play of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and proceed in a manner it deems fair and reasonable which manner shall include the selection of Winners from among eligible entries received prior to such discontinuation, suspension, termination or modification. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Giveaway will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules or as stated in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.undercovertourist.com/privacy.html. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS A PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF A PRIZE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO LEARN IF ANY OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdelivered or postage due mail.
10. Publicity Rights: By acceptance of a Prize, each Winner agrees to allow Sponsor, and/or its designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, photos and/or likenesses, and statements for Giveaway, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except as and where prohibited by law.
11. Release: By acceptance of a Prize, the Winner releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a Prize, or arising out of use of or participation in any Giveaway or Prize-related activity.
12. Dispute Resolution: Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Florida and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Florida. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
13. General: By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules as stated herein and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules or in the Pinterest Terms. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in all jurisdictions other than the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.
