We frogs are still giddy about Toy Story Land, so this week we’ve hopped into our frog family kitchen and re-created the s’mores French toast sandwich from Woody’s Lunch Box in Toy Story Land. We’ve made it oh-so-easy that even Leap has put on his chef’s hat and made a few batches for the family. This buzz-worthy sweet treat is a hit in the parks, and it’s sure to be a tadpole favorite at home. S’mores French toast sandwich is a new spin on a campfire classic!

Our version of s’mores French toast sandwich has us leaping for joy and hope your family enjoys it just as much as we did! Whether you’re looking for a fun weekend breakfast or a sweet treat for a movie night, s’mores French toast sandwiches are the way to go. Make these sandwiches shareable by cutting them in half. Bring a slice of Toy Story Land to your home with these s’mores French toast sandwiches.
Leap loves chocolate-hazelnut spread so we subbed the ganache for Nutella (who doesn’t love Nutella?). I’m always looking to save time in the kitchen so this switch was a game changer. Whether you’ve had s’mores in the Disney parks and couldn’t get enough or have yet to visit Toy Story Land, our s’mores French toast recipe will be toadally tasty. This recipe is perfect for any occasion. Giddy up, partner and get to cooking!
S’mores French Toast Sandwich Recipe
Follow these easy-peasy, step-by-step instructions for our smore’s French toast sandwich recipe. For those of you who want to see the magic behind-the-scenes, watch our time-lapse tutorial of the smore’s French toast sandwich.
For the S’mores French toast sandwich, you’ll need (makes two servings):
- ½ cup of milk
- 4 eggs
- Marshmallow fluff
- Nutella or chocolate ganache
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Graham cracker crumbs
First, prepare egg wash by whisking eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and milk together in a large bowl. Place graham crackers in a separate bowl.
Dip both bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly. Then coat one side of the bread in graham cracker crumbs.
Cook both slices of bread on medium heat, flipping once and then setting aside.
Spread Nutella (or ganache) on uncoated side and marshmallow fluff on the other.
Press slices together and garnish with more graham cracker crumbs.
