What options do I have for my tickets?
If your trip has NOT started yet (tickets have not been activated or gone past their start date), you can:
1. MODIFY your Disney World theme park tickets to select new dates. To MODIFY them, the fastest way to do this is within the My Disney Experience app. Please note once you modify your tickets, they are not eligible for a refund.

If your trip HAS started:
- In general, theme parks do not allow partial refunds on tickets that have been partially used. However, if there is an update to this policy from our theme park partners, we will share this as it becomes available
- We are working with our theme park partners to make partial refund exceptions, if possible. Please contact us via [email protected] if you would like to request a partial refund due to your trip interruption.
