It's certainly not the most entertaining subject we cover here on the blog, but delivery times and customer service are two very important topics for you when purchasing tickets. While we frogs generally don't take ourselves too seriously, we do take our business at Undercover Tourist seriously. So we wanted to let you know about Undercover Tourist shipping and response times.
Undercover Tourist Shipping Times
In 2015, we expanded our operations to seven days a week so that we could ship tickets to you even faster than we did in the past. Want to know how long it will take to get tickets? Once you've added them to the cart, select your country and then you can see shipping times for standard and express delivery. During busier times of the year such as our annual price rise, shipping times may be extended, but again, you will see the delivery date in your cart.
We pride ourselves on meeting shipping times, and we hear from lots of customers that our tickets arrived even faster than what they were expecting!
Disney E-Tickets and More E-Ticket Attractions
With E-Tickets, you get your tickets even faster. Disney E-Tickets are a great option for those of you who are running a little behind on purchasing tickets and your FastPass+ booking window is near or has already opened. If you have MagicBands, will be receiving them for free if you are staying on-site at a Disney World hotel or purchase them ahead of your trip from the Disney Store online, you can go straight to the gate once you've linked these E-tickets in My Disney Experience. (If you do not have a MagicBand, you must exchange Disney E-tickets for physical tickets at Will Call.) You can read more about Disney E-Tickets in our Disney FAQ.

If your country isn't listed, don't fret! You can still order from us. You just need to select Orlando Pick-Up as your delivery option. Then provide a date for pickup as tickets are not stored at this location near the Universal Orlando Resort.
