It's certainly not the most entertaining subject we cover here on the blog, but delivery times and customer service are two very important topics for you when purchasing tickets. While we frogs generally don't take ourselves too seriously, we do take our business at Undercover Tourist seriously. So we wanted to let you know about Undercover Tourist shipping and response times.

Undercover Tourist Shipping Times

In 2015, we expanded our operations to seven days a week so that we could ship tickets to you even faster than we did in the past. Want to know how long it will take to get tickets? Once you've added them to the cart, select your country and then you can see shipping times for standard and express delivery. During busier times of the year such as our annual price rise, shipping times may be extended, but again, you will see the delivery date in your cart.

We pride ourselves on meeting shipping times, and we hear from lots of customers that our tickets arrived even faster than what they were expecting!

Disney E-Tickets and More E-Ticket Attractions

With E-Tickets, you get your tickets even faster. Disney E-Tickets are a great option for those of you who are running a little behind on purchasing tickets or need to get them quickly. If you have MagicBands, or are purchasing them ahead of your Disney World trip from the Disney Store online, you can go straight to the gate once you've linked these E-tickets in My Disney Experience. If you have an iPhone, Disney World has a brand-new function to use your smartphone to scan in at the gate! Once you’ve linked your ticket in the My Disney Experience app, you can create a MagicMobile pass that can then be used to enter the park (no MagicBand required). (If neither of these options work for you, you must exchange Disney World E-tickets for physical tickets at Will Call.) On the West Coast, you can link your Disneyland E-tickets directly into the Disneyland app and proceed to the gate. You can read more about Disney E-Tickets in our Disney FAQ.

E-tickets for non-reservation based products will typically be emailed to you within 1-2 hours of placing your order. E-tickets for reservation-based products (such as tours) will be emailed to you after the vendor has confirmed your reservation details (usually within 48 business hours of purchasing). You may choose to pick-up your tickets in Orlando for FREE. Our pick-up location is located near Universal. What is the catch with E-Tickets? We just go to will call at any Disney World park with our codes and get our tickets correct? There's so much about shipping concerns and the fact that there is no Undercover Tourist office near WDW, but why wouldn't everyone just get E-Tickets? Am I missing something?

We visit Orlando on the 14th of July. From our travelagency we already have tickets for Universal and for Magic Kingdom. Recently we bought tickets for Seaworld by your website. Now we only want to buy tickets for Animal Kingdom and Epcot. What do you recommend us? And do Animal Kingdom and Epcot also have all in tickets with food and drinks like Seaworld has? The tickets are valid for the amount of calendar days they are for (so if it's a 2 Day Park-to-Park, it's valid for 2 calendar days) during a seven consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day the ticket is activated.
