Located approximately 10 minutes from The Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, Universal Horror Unleashed is an indoor, climate-controlled horror experience and the anchor tenant in the 20-acre expansion of AREA15, an immersive entertainment district in Las Vegas. Within its 110,000 square-foot area, the new experience encompasses and embraces the entirety of the horror genre using the creativity and innovation of the creators behind the ghastly Halloween Horror Nights. The experience may be too intense for young tadpoles and isn't recommended for frogs under the age of 13. No costume masks are allowed.
Parking is limited and not included with your ticket to Universal Horror Unleashed. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in AREA15's Zone 2. These terminals are located at the AREA15 parking garage on levels 1-4. Rideshare is strongly encouraged — especially during spring/summer, holidays and events. Rideshare drop-off is accessible from Desert Inn Rd. and located along the west entrance of LIFTOFF. Pick-up is located inside AREA15's parking lot, to the left of Art Island. Rideshare drivers should follow signage for the best directions upon arrival. Additionally, valet parking isn't available. Accessible parking spaces are designated in the west, south and office lots of the district.
While AREA15 is open to all ages, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their visit. Service dogs (and miniature horses, in some cases) that are required due to a disability and/or are trained to perform a task or work are welcome to visit AREA15 alongside their owners.
Universal Horror Unleashed is open on Thursdays through Sundays from 4 to 10:30 p.m. Last entry is two hours before the venue closes. All dates and times are subject to change based on business needs. Once inside, you're free to move throughout the venue at your own pace during operating hours. Guests with Unlimited Access Ticket (more on that below) tend to spend about two to three hours at the experience.

Haunted Houses of Universal Horror Unleashed
To those brave enough to face their fears, Universal Horror Unleashed brings the terrors only felt in movies to bone-chilling life with four petrifying haunted houses. Not for the faint of heart, these houses feature moments that will encompass you in unimaginable horror.
Each house uses 4k surround sound audio engineering, so you'll hear every haunting whisper, spooky step and sinister scare around you. Guests are invited in to each house in separate, small groups via a pulsed entry system that isolated your party and maximizes the screams. No buffer. No strangers to hide behind. Every scare feels personal because it is.
Scarecrow: The Reaping
A fan-favorite original concept when it appeared in both Orlando in 2017 and Hollywood in 2022, Scarecrow: The Reaping will plunge you into the middle of a dusty nightmare. Frogs will start their treacherous journey in the middle of a windstorm before entering an abandoned farmhouse where they'll encounter monstrous, gigantic creatures made of remnants of dried human flesh and bones of beasts, merged with burlap, root and vine. Set in a dry, barren farm during the great Midwestern Dust Bowl of the 1930s, this horrifying haunted house will bring you face-to-face with bloodthirsty scarecrows who have come to life — seeking revenge on those who've ravaged their land.
Don't expect an exact copy of the house you know, though. Nate Stevenson and T.J. Manarino of Universal Entertainment shared that this house will have something called Memorable Moments, where, for a small amount of time, guests will actually have a story come to life in that moment. All the best parts of the beloved house are still there, but they've added special surprises to make it more immersive and exciting.
Universal Monsters
Step into the role of famous monster-hunter, Van Helsing and prepare to encounter the most legendary monsters of all time! All the classic monsters you know (and fear) are there, including Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, the Wolf Man, the Invisible Man, the Mummy and the Phantom of the Opera (and many more).
As you enter Van Helsing's crumbling mausoleum, you'll walk by busts of these famous monsters before entering a dark castle with creeps and thrills tucked behind (nearly) every corner. Each section of the haunted house is themed to its monster, so expect an Egyptian tomb for the Mummy and a lab for Frankenstein's Monster.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Fans of the 1974 horror classic will be obsessed with this house, as it brings the screams from the screen to life. Attempt to escape from Leatherface and his deranged family at this one-of-a-kind haunted house!
Throughout the house, you'll encounter a cemetery, a gas station, a meat locker, a table full of masks and, of course, Leatherface himself, who will actually grab someone and toss them behind a door. Don't worry, it's all part of the show. Still, it's creepy if you aren't expecting it!
Blumhouse's The Exorcist: Believer
Relieve every chilling demonic possession in Blumhouse's "The Exorcist: Believer." You start out in an outdoor market with barely any scares to build up the suspense. But things are amiss. There's a pentagram on the table, candles lit, and a glowing red light signifying the turn your journey is about to take. Katherine West is missing. People are possessed.
Are you going mad, or have you just entered a world where demonic possession is real and an exorcism is needed? Travel deeper into the house for the answer to be revealed!
Entertainment at Universal Horror Unleashed
(Un)fortunately, these are nightmares you can't wake up from. Surrounding the houses, four sinisterly themed and immersive areas — featuring unique live entertainment experiences with many opportunities to interact with cursed characters — will tempt your deepest desires. Plus, expect a continuously updated experience with must-see seasonal events and unique, collectible merchandise.
Dead Storage
Bow down to the Vampire Queen at her throne and watch in awe as aerialists swing, leap and scream from the platforms above you. You can also explore eerie relics and forgotten props inspired by classic Universal Horror films. Be sure to keep your guard up ... scares can come from anywhere ... even before you've entered a haunted house.
Jack's Alley
Step right up, folks! The circus is in town. Throughout the night, Jack the Clown and his impish sidekick, Chance, host "Jack & Chance: Stay or Slay," a darkly comedic show consisting of wild games created by the deranged and beloved Halloween Horror Nights icons. Laugh, cheer and scream as music, mayhem and darkness fill the air in this petrifying presentation.
Kill Vault
Bloody props set the mood in this dark corner where a caged slasher paces behind the bars ... eyeing his potential next victims. Prove you're the ultimate final girl (or guy) as you carefully maneuver past roaming characters, just waiting to catch you in their crosshairs.
Prop Graveyard
Try and calm your fears as you walk past a disturbing collection of crates, boxed and creepy dolls watching from the shadows. Pass life-size mannequins in antique clothing ... some of which may have restless spirits possessing them ... As you make your way toward Jack's Alley Bar and the Premier House Restaurant, say hello to roaming friends and fiends who wander this haunted hallway.
Dining and Drinks at Universal Horror Unleashed
Lurking in dark corners throughout the venue are eerie eateries and foreboding bars serving up spine-tingling bites, fearsome full service meals and creepy craft cocktails. Explore each unsettling location to find the style of service, atmosphere and flavors that suit your vibe.
The Boiler
A bold, industrial-themed bar at the center of Universal Horror Unleashed, The Boiler is known for its intense and energetic energy. The giant machine towering in the center glows, rumbles and lets off heat, while patrons grab a drink, people-watch and take a short break from the action. The perfect place to stay immersed in the atmosphere without stepping away from the experience, bartenders here serve up craft cocktails, beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
Roughcuts
Step inside a quick-service restaurant with a bold, butcher-themed look, red lighting, metal tools and a playful, slightly twisted vibe, like a kitchen is still recovering from a scare or two. Indulge in smoky flavors, simple, flavorful ingredients and small plates assembled right in front of you. An easy place to grab ribs, sandwiches or a quick snack between screams, Roughcut's is a fast, convenient stop that keeps you immersed in the wicked world around you.
Jack's Alley
Come on, come all! A cooked carnival with bright lights, bold colors and a playful but eerie atmosphere, Jack's Alley is a high-energy, table service bar where the entertainment's just as intense as the libations. Settle in and let your server bring your drinks right to your table or take your beverage outside to the stage where Jack and Chance unleash their over-the-top show under the big top.
Premiere House
A full-service restaurant set inside a stylish horror-film environment, Premiere House is home to props from and eerie décor inspired by beloved Blumhouse films. Enjoy cocktails, mocktails and shareable bites (including the iconic Pizza Skull and Twisted Tater of Halloween Horror Nights fame) at the bar, on the outdoor patio or at your table — some of which offer a view of Jack's Demented Circus as the walls rise during the show! Reserve a table ahead of time or stop by when you arrive to make a reservation.
No outside food or beverage is permitted except as required for religious or medical reasons. No alcoholic drinks purchased from Universal Horror Unleashed can be taken off the premises or into AREA15.
