Take a journey of discovery through the world's largest ocean at the non-profit Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California. Meet more than 12,000 animals and see over 100 exhibits representing sunny Southern California, the frigid waters of the Northern Pacific, and the colorful reefs of the Tropical Pacific. Discover a variety of marine life including sea otters, penguins, sharks, sea jellies, green sea turtles and others.

NOW OPEN, Stars of the Sea. Discover their delicate beauty, fascinating diversity, superhero powers, and the threats that could lead to sea stars fading forever. From the venomous crown of thorns and spider-like brittle stars to the highly endangered sunflower sea star, discover more than twenty species of sea stars as you explore the Aquarium.

Meet sea stars from coastal tidepools, coral reefs, the deep sea, and beyond. See the vibrant showcase of sea stars species from the California coast at the Aquarium’s new Our Living Coastline touch pool experience.

Visitors can also learn how to support the Aquarium’s groundbreaking research, breeding programs, and recovery efforts to bring the sunflower sea star, the guardian of our kelp forests, back from the brink of extinction.

    Daily, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Closed Christmas Day December 25.

    When purchasing your ticket you will select your date and reservation time. Your reservation time is the earliest you can enter. Tickets are valid to scan any time after your set reservation time begins on that day.

    Expiration

    Ticket expires upon redemption. If unused, E-Ticket expires one (1) year from date of purchase.

    While most E-Tickets are sent within minutes, please allow up to 24 hours for successful email delivery.

    • Refund Policy

      To be eligible for a refund, E-Tickets must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase date. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-Tickets, used E-Tickets, or any E-Ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
