    Present your E-Ticket at the tour kiosk (located at the entrance of the theatre at 6925 Hollywood Blvd) in exchange for a ticket for the next available tour. Tours begin at 9:30 a.m. daily.

    Daily (closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

    The Hollywood Loop:

      To be eligible for a refund, E-Ticket must be unused, not expired, and returned at least 24 hours prior to your selected redemption date. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs.
