Redemption

Reserve your redemption date and time by calling 407-856-3226 or emailing [email protected]. Advance reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance of desired tour date.

Bring your printed E-Ticket to Gatorland and exchange for admission to the park. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected tour time.

Gatorland is located at, 14501 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837. Please meet at the far south end of the parking lot.
Availability
Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Advanced reservations are required and subject to availability. Must purchase at least 48 hours in advance.

Start times vary throughout the year, you will confirm start time when you make your reservation:
- April 2, 2024 – August 31, 2024: Tour starts at 8:30 p.m. Guests should plan to arrive by 8:15 p.m.
- September 1, 2024 – November 3, 2024: Tour starts at 7:30 p.m. Guests should plan to arrive by 7:15 p.m.
- November 4, 2024 – December 31, 2024: Tour starts at 6:30 p.m. Guests should plan to arrive by 6:15 p.m.
Expiration

E-Ticket expires after first use - you will activate your E-Ticket upon entry. E-Ticket valid for reservation date only. E-Ticket expires in full on December 31, 2024.

Reservations for Gator Night Shine are required at least 48 hours in advance.

- This guided tour is an after-hours special Gatorland event and is restricted to Gatorland’s Breeding Marsh.
- Must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance.
- Gatorland will provide the flashlights, insect repellent, and some alligator food.
- There is a minimum of 5 guests and maximum of 25 guests per tour.
- Refund Policy
  
  Refunds must be processed at least 72 hours prior to departure for refund - 95% of the item(s) order amount will be refunded back to you. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the handling and processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. The E-Tickets must be unused and unsigned. Expired E-Tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team so we can give you instructions to make the process run smoothly.

  Reservation date and time changes? Please contact Gatorland at 1-800-393-JAWS (1-800-393-5297), a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour to reschedule. If your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, a rain check will be issued for a future launch date within one year from the date of your originally scheduled visit.
