    Check in at the Universal Epic Universe VIP Experience Lobby (Epic Tours), located inside the park to the right of the Chronos. Check-ins begin at the time stated on the ticket.

    Availability

    Ticket is valid on selected date and time only. During checkout you will select your redemption date and tour time.

    Expiration

    Ticket is only valid on selected date and time and expires upon redemption.

    • Theme park admission is not included. Guest must have a separate theme park admission ticket to Universal Epic Universe valid for the same calendar day and to the same theme park as the tour ticket to participate in the VIP Experience.
    • Non-Private VIP Tours are available for individual parties of up to six (6) persons only and will include multiple parties in the same tour group.
    • Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Not valid for separately ticketed events.
    • Participating rides and attractions subject to change without notice.
    • This ticket is slightly higher than gate price but is covered in our 365 Day Refund Policy.

    • Refund Policy

      Forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice prior to ticket redemption date is required for a refund. 95% of the item(s) order amount will be refunded back to you. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Tickets must have been purchased within the last 365 days and not gone past the start date selected. They cannot have been modified or been activated by entering the park. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team so we can give you instructions to make the process run smoothly.
