Redemption
You will activate the ticket upon entry into your first Universal Orlando^® Resort Theme Park. Present your ticket at Guest Services at Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks. Guest must present proof of Florida residency at time of purchase, pick-up and redemption.

You may provide one of the following as your proof of residence:
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Valid Florida issued State ID or Goverment Issued ID with a Florida address.
- Valid Florida voter registration card with corresponding photo ID.
- Valid College ID from a Florida college or university.
- Mortgage Statement.
- Lease.
- Utility Bill from a FL based company (NO PHONE BILLS).
