All About Fall Out Boy and "So Much for (2our) Dust"
Fall Out Boy has been rocking the pop-punk world since their 2005 major-label breakthrough produced two hit singles, "Sugar, We're Goin Down" and "Dance, Dance." Since then, they've won four MTV Video Music Awards and five Teen Choice Awards. Their latest studio album, "So Much (for) Stardust," debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 chart and has reached the top 10 in Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Lucky for fans, Fall Out Boy played songs from all over their large discography during the first American leg of their tour. "So Much for (Tour) Dust", included fan-favorite songs, such as "The Phoenix," "The Last of the Real Ones," "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)," "Thnks fr th Mmrs," "Centuries" and the lead single off the tour's eponymous album, "Love From the Other Side." Each show also included the use of a Magic 8 ball to surprise concertgoers with a song the band had never played live before!
Fall Out Boy Tour Opening Acts
Fall Out Boy will be joined on all dates of "So Much for (2our) Dust" by Jimmy Eat World. Known for their 2000s alternative rock anthem, "The Middle," Jimmy Eat World is coming off a co-headlining tour with indie rock band Manchester Orchestra and an Australian run with alternative rock superstars My Chemical Romance.
Alternative rock band The Maine, emo band Hot Mulligan, bubblegrunge band Daisy Mulligan, pop-punk band Games We Play and alt-pop artist Carr will also all be joining the tour on select shows throughout the run.
