Where Is GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium Located?
Arrowhead Stadium is located at One Arrowhead Drive, Kansas City, MO 64129.
The stadium is part of the Truman Sports Complex. Kauffman Stadium, the home of the Kansas City Royals MLB team, sits adjacent to it. The two stadiums share utilities, parking and underground storage.
Parking and Other Arrival Options for Arrowhead Stadium
Here is where to park or how to use other methods of arrival.
Parking
Purchase Arrowhead Stadium parking in advance of your event. Access to the complex is for ticketed guests only. The lots open 4.5 hours early on game day. (Stadium gates open 2 hours prior to the start of the game.) Guests may not remain in the parking lots or outside of the stadium during games or once the headliner has taken the stage at a concert.
Tailgating is permitted at the Truman Sports Complex. Follow the Tailgating Guidelines. There are some tailgate suites for rent with a catered buffet for up to 10 people.
Note: If you have an ADA placard or ADA license plate, you can park in accessible parking, which is available at the front of Lots A, B, C, D, F, G, H and J.
There are a limited number of electric car parking spots with charging stations in Lot M. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Directions and Map
- I–70 gives you the best access to Truman Sports Complex at gates 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- I-435 gives you the best access to Truman Sports Complex at gates 5, 6 and 7.
- Traffic flows in a counter-clockwise direction. Gate entry and parking pass determine the parking lot. This is subject to change based on traffic conditions.

Guests and ride-sharing services may drop off and pick up at the Missouri Welcome Center located between Gates 1 and 2 on Blue Ridge Cutoff.

Arrowhead Stadium can accommodate over 76,000 fans. It's an open-air, outdoor stadium, so dress according to the weather. Weather delays are unusual — however, lightning, strong winds and heavy snowfall may delay or postpone a game or event.
When you purchase tickets through Undercover Tourist, you can look at the stadium map to find the right seat for your budget and viewing preferences. When you scroll over select seats, you can see photos of the view from that seat! Both the stadium and club seats were replaced in recent years. There are two new clubs on the Club Level — Champions Club and Chairman’s Club.

What to Know Before You Go to Arrowhead Stadium
Here are a few tips for visiting the stadium:
- GEHA is pronounced by saying each letter "G.E.H.A." (No, it's not like Yee haw!) It stands for Government Employees Health Association.
- Bring those credit and debit cards. Arrowhead Stadium is cashless — concessions included — and you must purchase parking in advance.
- Check the Arrowhead Stadium bag policy before you go. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. You can bring a small clutch (but no fanny pack) 4.5” x 6.5” and smaller or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
- Binoculars cannot be in a case or bag.
- Bottles and cans of any type (excluding one factory-sealed bottle of water of 20 oz. or less per guest) are prohibited.
- GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium has a no-re-entry policy for most events, including football games.
- Designated drivers can visit a Fans First Booth located on the Field and Upper Levels of GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium to enroll and receive a coupon for a free nonalcoholic beverage. Individuals will also be registered in a prize drawing.
- Visit the Hall of Honor located on the Field Level concourse to experience the rich heritage of the Kansas City Chiefs and re-live some of their greatest moments.
- Sensory kits are available to help guests self-regulate to reduce the impact of sensory stimuli. Guests may visit Fans First 131, 318, 341 or the GEHA Concierge desk to check out a kit, free of charge.
- Two Sensory Rooms are located just inside Gate G on the Plaza Level. Each room has the proper items and tools to help guests feel calm when overwhelmed.
