Overview of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (also known as Houston Rodeo or RodeoHouston) is the largest livestock and rodeo in the world. It has existed for over 90 years and is a staple for Houston. RodeoHouston features thrilling rodeos — including livestock shows, horse shows, calf scrambles and top-notch concerts from well-known artists. After grabbing some tasty grub from one of the event's many vendors, guests can also catch a glimpse of some animal exhibits and educational displays. There's truly something for the whole family to enjoy, so make a day of it!
The 2025 RodeoHouston runs from March 4-23, 2025. It is held at NRG Stadium, which is also home to the NFL team, the Houston Texans. Parking is available on-site for $25 (either cash or credit card).
