Head to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt at your scheduled date and time and have your e-ticket ready on your phone to be scanned at the turnstile
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located at 45 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017.
The entrance is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan's Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage. Street entrance is located next to TD Bank at 45 East 42nd Street, between Madison and Vanderbilt Avenues. Proceed down the stairs (not the escalators) and turn right.

Daily. At checkout, you will select your visit date and time.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, E-Tickets must be unused and returned at least 24 hours in advance of your selected visit date and time. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling, and processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-Tickets, used E-Tickets, or any E-Ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
