We are utterly obsessed with Universal Orlando Resort's frogciting fourth gate, Universal Epic Universe. Filled with thrilling rides, jaw-dropping views, mouthwatering food and immersive character interactions, it's not hard to spend an entire day here discovering all it has to offer. However, as you're making your travels throughout the theme park's five wondrous worlds, it's important to remember to stay hydrated. It gets hot in Central Florida, and Epic Universe is no exception. The last thing you want is for dehydration to kick in and wear you down while you're having a day to remember. That's why we've taken it upon ourselves to track down all the places you can find water at Epic Universe. Happy hydrating!

How to Find Free Cups of Water at Epic Universe
At pretty much any dining location throughout the park, you can ask for a free cup of water. You don't even have to be dining there! Team members will either give you a cup with ice water (or without ice, if you prefer) or just a cup to fill up yourself at a nearby Coca-Cola Freestyle station. This is one of our favorite ways to dine on a budget at Universal Orlando. Here are our top favorite places to grab a cup of water at Epic Universe.

Where to Find Water Refill Stations at Epic Universe
One of our must-have theme park items is a refillable water bottle. It's especially convenient because there are countless water refill stations throughout the parks — and that seems to go double for Epic Universe! At almost every corner, you'll find a place to top off your bottle — including the queues for almost all attractions. (If there's not a refill station, there tends to at least be a regular water fountain.) We especially love how incredibly themed most of them are! Here's where you'll find them — plus, all the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, which allow you to get water and ice for free.

Our Top Tips for Staying Hydrated at Epic Universe
Here are our top tips for staying hydrated at Universal Orlando's hoppening new theme park:
- Drink more than you think you will. Dehydration is no joke, especially with how much you'll be walking around in the sun! It's recommended to take small sips throughout the day, rather than chug big gulps once you feel thirsty.
- About every two hours, reapply sunscreen (trust me, you need it here!), head to the restroom and fill up your water bottle. Taking just 10 minutes to do this can be the perfect reset your family needs to keep going!
- Use resealable, no-spill cups for tadpoles. These make it easy to keep track of how much your kiddo is drinking. Plus, they'll be more likely to use them, especially if they keep the water cold!
- Pack a wide-mouth water bottle so you can fill it with ice. Epic Universe's Freestyle machines even have what's known around the theme park community as "the good ice"!
- Consider how large and heavy your bottle is. You don't want to be lugging around a large container all day. Pack a bottle that shrinks down when empty to save space.
- Rides can experience downtime at any moment, so make sure you enter queues with a full bottle of water, as you never know how long your wait will actually be.
- Bring cooling towels, hats and handheld or neck fans to help keep you cool throughout the day.
- Be sure to take advantage of water rides, indoor dining and shopping and indoor attractions and shows during the hottest parts of the day. (Outdoor queues are also mostly covered with fans!)
