Ever since the movie "Frozen" debuted, many Disney World travelers (us frogs included!) get toadally excited to meet Anna and Elsa at EPCOT. And then after "Frozen 2" came out, Anna and Elsa got an exciting makeover and new clothes, making them just as popular as ever.
As of April 18, 2022, traditional meet-and-greets are gradually returning to Disney World, and the Arendelle royalty have already returned to normal greetings! For the first time in forever, it was so wonderful to share nice warm hugs with Anna and Elsa in EPCOT. You can also see the sisters in various shows and parades at Magic Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios.
While we have a royal guide to meeting all the princesses at Disney World, the continued popularity of the Frozen franchise means they get their own guide. Let's head into the unknown and learn all about how to meet Anna and Elsa at Disney World!
The Best Ways to See Anna and Elsa at Disney World
There's a variety of ways to get your "Frozen" fix at Walt Disney World through meet-and-greets, rides, shows and parades (oh my!). Here's all the ways to see Anna and Elsa by park.
The Best Ways to See Anna and Elsa at EPCOT
At EPCOT, Anna and Elsa have their own meet-and-greet location at the Royal Sommerhus in the Norway pavilion. You wait in one line and then meet both of them separately. This is the only location thus far on property where they wear their "Frozen 2' outfits.
Keep the Frozen adventures going at EPCOT and head next door to Frozen Ever After! The slow moving boat ride brings the characters and songs of "Frozen" to life through technologically advanced animatronics. Plus there's a ride photo to remember the adventure! Wait times can increase very quickly for this popular attraction, so we recommend riding first thing in the morning or at the end of the night for lower waits (download our app and you can see wait times for all attractions). If a priority for your family, we also suggest booking a Lightning Lane selection via Disney Genie.
The Best Ways to See Anna and Elsa at Magic Kingdom
At Magic Kingdom, catch the "Frozen" sisters at the castle show and parade. Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire stage show features a variety of characters including Anna, Elsa and Olaf. The show is performed in front of the castle at various times throughout the day. The sisters are also on the first float of the Festival of Fantasy parade. Magic Kingdom is the best place to see the most amount of princesses, so we're glad there's some chances for some cool waves and greetings.
The Best Ways to See Anna and Elsa at Disney's Hollywood Studios
Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can see both sisters and Kristoff in “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” at the Hyperion Theater. Get ready to "Let It Go" with this show for the whole family. Now this isn't just any Frozen sing-along. This fun and comical retelling of the events of Frozen will have all frogs laughing and singing along. During the holiday season, Olaf may even make a special appearance for a festive finale!
The show is typically performed every hour, so there are plenty of opportunities for your Frozen-obsessed frogs to catch a show. Shows do fill up quickly, so we suggest arriving at least 20 to 30 minutes ahead of showtime to secure your spot. We also recommend trying for the earlier shows just in case they hit capacity and you need to wait until the next show.
While there are no meet-and-greets with the sisters at Hollywood Studios, enjoy the show and then head next door to meet with Olaf!
