Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day and a Ticket valid for park admission on that day are required.

Prior to purchase, check park availability by visiting the availability calendar.
Immediately after purchasing your ticket, visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration required.
Guests with multi-day Tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Guests with a Park Hopper ticket will select the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day, then they can visit the other park later that day after 11:00 a.m. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.

Valid for one (1) visit from January 7, 2025 through March 20, 2025. Ticket will expire after first use or March 20, 2025, whichever occurs first. Reservations are required.

Go straight to the park entrance and present your E-Ticket(s) or have them scanned from your mobile device (with internet access). No will call exchange necessary or need to stand in ticket queues.

Valid for visits from January 7, 2025 through March 20, 2025.

Advanced reservations required. Theme parks will be limited in capacity, and park reservations are limited and subject to availability.

Expiration

Tickets expire after first use or March 20, 2025, whichever occurs first. Days do not have to be used consecutively. Be aware that pre-purchased theme park tickets do not guarantee entry on any given day. Please consider arriving early to begin your magical experience!

- Kids' Special Ticket Offer valid for children ages 3 to 9 only.
- To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket, for the same park on the same date, are required for Guests age 3 and older.
- Children should be supervised. Guests under age 14 must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to enter a theme park. To board an attraction, children under age 7 must be accompanied by a person age 14 years or older. Other park rules apply.
- Theme park reservations for Kids' Special Offer Ticket holders are limited in number and subject to the availability of park reservations allocated to the Kids' Special Offer Tickets as determined by Disney and theme park capacity. Reservation availability for Kids' Special Offer Ticket holders is not guaranteed for any date, and reservations may be difficult to get for any particular date, especially as the ticket expiration date approaches. To ensure best availability, make reservations early. On any given date, park reservations may be available for general theme park tickets even though park reservations allocated to the Kids' Special Offer Tickets are fully reserved. Kids' Special Offer Ticket holders are not entitled to any reservations Disney makes available to others.

- Refund Policy
  
  E-Ticket: Refundable for 365 days from the date of purchase. E-Ticket must not be used, expired, or modified or exchanged. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets in full or in part, modified E-tickets or any E-tickets not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
