- One of the best locations at the Walt Disney World® Resort, with just a short boat ride to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios® (walking is also an option too)
- Centrally located, so it's easy to get to all of the Walt Disney World® Resort parks
- Prime access to Disney's BoardWalk Entertainment District and its fantastic dining
- Sleeps up to 12 in the 3-bedroom grand villa
- More relaxed swimming pool area than nearby Stormalong Bay
- One of the loveliest lobbies, with hardwood floors, chandeliers, and models of a roller coaster and carousel
- Most villas overlook the gardens or courtyard

Keep in Mind
- Hotel charges $39 per night (sales tax included) for valet parking
- Theming can be lost on children
- Intricate hallways can be confusing
- No quick-service dining option, although you will find restaurants at Disney's BoardWalk Entertainment District and Epcot®
- Deluxe studios only sleep 4 plus an infant in a crib; some of the other deluxe villas sleep 5

- Request a room near the lobby/elevators for less walking and quickest pool access (request upper-level room for less potential noise) (not all requests are guaranteed)
- Hop over to the International Gateway at EPCOT, just a short stroll away, to ride the Disney Skyliner and get a bird's-eye view of the park

The waterfront has never been quite so charming as in this relaxed, cottage atmosphere resort. Studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas combine with the elegance of a bygone era to recapture all the fun, excitement and timeless appeal of the coastal villages of the 1940s. The quaint, seaside mid-Atlantic feel is accentuated by all the shops, vendors and the glittering excitement of the nearby boardwalk. And Disney's BoardWalk Villas are located within walking distance of Epcot® and a boat ride to Disney's Hollywood Studios®.
Deluxe Villas go above the traditional hotel room and the one- and two-bedroom Villas come with a full kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, separate bedrooms for added privacy, and a washer and dryer. The Deluxe Studio features a kitchenette and sleeper sofa, making it a great option for smaller families or shorter stays.
