All Undercover Tourist theme park tickets come with our 365-day refund policy. Tickets must be wholly unused.
Disney Resort hotel bookings at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund.

Do I need a theme park reservation?
Disney World guests with date-based tickets no longer need to make a theme park reservation. You will, however, need to select a start date for your tickets.
If you'll be visiting Disneyland, you will need to make a separate theme park reservation. Here is how to do so!
Can I add on Lightning Lane Multi Pass?
