This shopping, dining and entertainment mecca offers a little something for everyone — along with a good sprinkling of Disney magic. Restaurants include popular chains such as Planet Hollywood®, Wolfgang Puck® Grand Cafe and House of Blues Restaurant, but there are also one-of-a-kind gems such as Raglan Road™ Irish Pub and Restaurant and Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas. While most of the shops are Disney-owned, they feature an eclectic mix of one-of-a-kind goods as well as souvenirs.
Downtown Disney® Area is open later than the Theme Parks. Take in an evening meal and stroll the shops here after the Parks close. Downtown Disney® Area ATMs are located at House of Blues, Forty Thirst Street, World of Disney and near Guest Relations at Downtown Disney® Marketplace.
Guests staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort can hop on a bus for a trip from the Downtown Disney® Area back to their Resort. Guests staying at the Walt Disney World® Resort may have purchases made at Downtown Disney® Area shops delivered to their Resorts. (Prior to checkout only) The best way to see what's going on all around the Downtown Disney® Area is to just stroll along the scenic waterfront walkway that borders it.
