Overview of the Disney Treasure Kids Club
No one does cruising for kids like Disney Cruise Line. In fact, Disney Cruise Line is consistently ranked as the number one cruise line for families! The kids club offerings on all Disney cruise ships draw many families to a Disney cruise. From uniquely designed spaces for infants starting at 6 months up to 17-year-olds, Disney cruises offer something for every age group.
The various kids club spaces aren’t one-size-fits-all, either. Disney Cruise Line curates each space to appeal to different tastes, interests and ability levels as children grow. These spaces offer structured youth activities and programs tailored to specific ages. To bring the magic to life, Disney Cruise Line trains and equips youth counselors to supervise and lead all adventures and activities, ensuring a safe and memorable experience for every tadpole!
Here’s a quick breakdown of the different options available on Disney Cruise Line:
- “it’s a small world” nursery! (6 months to 3 years) — themed nursery providing childcare services for infants and toddlers. Highly trained counselors engage the youngest tadpoles in age-appropriate activities in a safe and stimulating environment. Reservations are required, and an additional fee applies.
- Disney’s Oceaneer Club (3 to 10 years) — tadpoles ages 3 to 10 are immersed in thrilling encounters with Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel characters, along with themed play areas, interactive games and arts and crafts.
- Edge (11 to 14 years) — Tweens step into a space exclusively for them, where they can connect with fellow sailors with high-tech entertainment, gaming areas and other activities.
- Vibe (14 to 17 years) — in this teens-only lounge, older tadpoles can socialize with new friends and enjoy a variety of entertainment options, activities and events.
- The Hideaway (18 to 20 years) — creates a special space for sailors between kids and adults, found only on the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure.
If you're familiar, you'll notice that the kids club spaces on the Disney Treasure are nearly identical to those on the Disney Wish.
The "it's a small world" nursery!, Disney's Oceaneer Club and Imagineering Lab are located on Deck Two on the ship. Edge is located on Deck Five. Vibe can be found on Deck 12. Leap over to our guide on everything you need to know about the Disney Cruise kids clubs.
“it’s a small world” nursery!
“it’s a small world” nursery! aboard the Disney Treasure is specially designed for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old. Its design is inspired by Disneyland's iconic “it’s a small world” attraction. With its whimsical atmosphere, the littlest tadpoles will love this space.
This dedicated space is the perfect place for your baby or toddler to enjoy while you're enjoying some much-deserved adult time. You can relax knowing your little ones are in expert care with the Disney Cruise Line counselors. Counselors lead the children through age-appropriate games, crafts and more.
The nursery is thoughtfully designed with three distinct areas. The decompression area helps little ones settle in with soothing murals featuring characters from "Coco," "The Lion King," "Black Panther" and "Encanto." The nap room is a peaceful spot where kiddos can rest, surrounded by artwork of Disney characters. The Play Room is decorated with interactive murals and play spaces inspired by "Frozen," "Peter Pan" and"Aladdin."
