- Let it snope, let it snope, let it snope! (It is Orlando after all!) Disney has unveiled new details about this year's Disney Jollywood Nights, and we're so frogcited! Running on select nights from Nov. 9 to Dec. 21, 2024, this five-hour event offers nine can't-miss experiences. A major event headliner is "Glisten!" — an all-new ice skating spectacular. "Glisten!" will feature international champion skaters performing to a mix of holiday music and beloved Disney songs such as "Be Our Guest" and "When You Wish Upon A Star." Jollywood Nights will also include exclusive entertainment, a new Pixar-themed dance party, specialty holiday foods and cocktails. Hop over to our Disney Jollywood Nights post for even more info. - Let's rock! Universal Orlando’s Rock the Universe Christian music festival will return Jan. 24-25, 2025. The event will feature top Christian artists such as Brandon Lake, Forrest Frank and Bethel Music. Back for its 27th year, this is a hard-ticketed event and guests can enter as early as 4 p.m. with the concerts beginning at around 6 p.m. In years past, the event has also included autograph sessions, a live DJ, a candle-lighting ceremony and a Sunday Morning prayer service.
- SeaWorld Orlando’s Spooktacular is in full swing every weekend through Nov. 3, 2024. Tadpoles LOVE the decorated trick-or-treat trail and Sesame Street Halloween Parade. New this year is a bubble dance party and a harvest maze. This annual event is included with your general admission. Psst! - Full speed ahead! Disney Cruise Line’s up-and-coming ship, the Disney Treasure, left the Meyer Werft shipyard this week. The ship sailed down the Ems River and is now undergoing sea trials. These tests will ensure the ship is ready for its maiden voyage. The Disney Treasure will set off on its first-ever journey, a seven-night trip in the Eastern Caribbean on Dec. 21, 2024. After that, it will continue with more seven-night trips to both the Eastern and Western Caribbean from Port Canaveral for its inaugural season from late December 2024 through May 2025. In addition, Disney Cruise Line just released a new DisneyBand+ design exclusive for guests sailing on the Disney Treasure. - Pumpkins, costumes and candy, OH MY! Halloween Harvest at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay kicked off Sept. 7 and runs through Oct. 27, on Saturdays and Sundays and Thursday, Oct. 31. This family-friendly Halloween festival is included with regular park admission and includes trick-or-treating, a costume parade, storytime, a dance party and hands-on science activities. The event hours are from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m.
- Ready to get your dance on? The fan-favorite show, O.P. Otter’s Spooktacular Surprise is back at SeaWorld San Diego as part of SeaWorld San Diego's Halloween Spooktacular. Guests can join O.P. Otter and his friends for a Halloween costume party and celebrate fall with singing and dancing on weekends from now through Nov. 3.
- Yeehaw! Magic Kingdom’s Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café has launched a brand-new menu. The menu highlights "Create Your Own" options including the Steamed Tamale, Nacho Bowl, Southwest Caesar Salad and Rice Bowl. Each bowl can be customized with protein choices such as Citrus-Chipotle Chicken, Green Chili Pork or Coca-Cola Cherry Braised Beef. Plant-based options include Grilled Masa Flatbread. Barbecue-Cheddar Seasoned Fries, Sweet Corn Mousse and a Mexican Chocolate and Horchata Verrine are new items on the menu. YUM!
- Join the monster party! Brick-or-Treat is back at LEGOLAND Florida, hoppenin' now on Sept. 21, Sept. 28 and weekends in October.
