Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day and a Ticket valid for park admission on that day are required.
Immediately after purchasing your ticket, visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration required. Guests with multi-day Tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
Go straight to the park entrance and present your E-Ticket(s) or have them scanned from your mobile device (with internet access). No will call exchange necessary or need to stand in ticket queues.

Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2024, whichever occurs first. Days do not have to be used consecutively. After January 12, 2024 this ticket must be exchanged at Guest Services for admission (additional costs can apply). Be aware that pre-purchased theme park tickets do not guarantee entry on any given day. Please consider arriving early to begin your magical experience!
E-Ticket: Please allow up to 24 hours for successful email delivery.

Entry to more than one Theme Park on the same day requires the Park Hopper® Option. You cannot hop by using 2 days of your ticket to hop on the same day.
To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket, for the same park on the same date, are required for Guests age 3 and older.
E-Ticket: Refundable for 365 days from the date of purchase. E-Ticket must not be used, expired, or modified or exchanged. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets in full or in part, modified E-tickets or any E-tickets not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
