Redemption

Check in at the Universal Studios Florida VIP Lobby, located near the main entrance to the park, to the left of the Guest Services windows. Check-ins begin 30 minutes before tour start time.

Availability

Ticket is valid on selected date and time only. During checkout you will select your redemption date and tour time.

Expiration

Ticket is only valid on selected date and time and expires upon redemption.

E-Mail Delivery

While most tickets are sent within minutes, please allow up to 24 hours for successful email delivery.

- Refund Policy
  
  Forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice prior to ticket redemption date is required for a refund. E-Ticket must be unused. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets, or any E-ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
