- Hooray, the Disneyland After Dark 2026 details and dates are here! Taking place on select nights between January and June 2026, these separately ticketed events feature access to Disneyland Park after official park hours. They're filled with exclusive entertainment, character greetings, dining, merch and more. In 2026, the themes include Sweethearts' Nite, Disney Channel Nite, Star Wars Nite, Pride Nite and an all-new 70 Years of Favorites event inspired by the 70th Anniversary Celebration. - It's been a big week for Universal Epic Universe! You can now take a peek behind the curtain with Peacock's new three-part docuseries, "Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks." With behind-the-scenes moments and interviews from Universal executives and creatives, it explores the history and legacy of Universal theme parks, leading up to Epic Universe's grand opening. Epic Universe also won four Thea Awards for Outstanding Achievement - Theme Park (Epic Universe), Ride Experience (Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry), Attraction (Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment) and Theme Park Land (How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk)
- ... And that's not all! With Holidays at Universal Orlando kicking off today, Nov. 21, 2025, Epic Universe is celebrating its first holiday season. You can find seasonal decor and dining in Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk. Then hop over to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure for even more festive fun, including Grinchmas and Universal's Holiday Parade featuring Macy's.
- Dive into the full details of Universal Kids Resort, opening next year in Frisco, Texas. Universal Destinations & Experiences has previously teased some first looks at the seven immersive lands, but now we know everything we can expect from the new theme park made just for kids. From family-friendly rides to character experiences — and even a 300-room hotel only steps away from the fun — imagination and curiosity will run wild!
- At the IAAPA Expo, SeaWorld Orlando unveiled the ride vehicle for its upcoming attraction, SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep. The new suspended dark ride will open sometime in 2026. Designed to look like a submersible, the ride vehicle will be able to rotate and swing back and forth, as riders explore the mysteries of the deep blue sea.
- 3, 2, 1 ... blast off! Both LEGOLAND Florida and LEGOLAND California are set to debut a new space-themed indoor roller coaster called Galacticoaster. At LEGOLAND Florida, there will also be a soft-play area for kids ages 1-4. And over in LEGOLAND California, the roller coaster will be a part of a new land called LEGO Galaxy, which will have two additional family rides, a toddler play area and dining and retail locations.
