Enchanté Disney Cruise Restaurant Overview
With a menu crafted by three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement, this restaurant takes French gastronomy to new heights. Inspired by "Beauty and the Beast," Enchanté invites you to “be our guest” in the most elegant way possible.
Enchanté is located on Deck 12, alongside Palo Steakhouse. Entering Enchanté might be a little confusing, as you enter through a corridor to “The Rose” lounge first. Enchanté is tucked inside along the left-hand wall next to the host desk. Palo Steakhouse is on the right.
Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a stunning chandelier, which is a nod to our favorite candelabra, Lumière. If you have an eye for the tiny details in the decor, this is the place for you! With our favorite "Beauty and the Beast" characters discreetly incorporated, the decor blends soft golds, deep blues and intricate details that exude sophistication. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining room, showing off those beautiful ocean views.
Enchanté is not part of the Rotational Dining schedule, but it’s well worth the additional fee for this one-of-a-kind culinary journey. It’s the perfect location for a dinner celebrating something special, a romantic date night or simply indulging in a fine dining experience. The restaurant is open most evenings for dinner, plus lunch on select days. There is even a special dessert experience that can be booked separately.
The cost of your meal, any drinks or cocktails, plus an 18% gratuity charge will be billed to your stateroom account. Be sure to make your reservation early — tables here hop away quickly!

Enchanté Disney Cruise Ambiance & Experience
From the moment you step inside, Enchanté exudes a sense of refinement. Each table feels private and special, and it has its own dedicated wait staff. The restaurant is small and intimate.
Because Enchanté is a more luxurious dining experience with an added fee, it requires a dress code, unlike the traditional Rotational Dining rooms. Guests are encouraged to dress in formal, semi-formal or dress casual attire.
We thought the most elevated aspect of this restaurant was the attention to detail. Not only does your server bring your food, but they also explain every single detail of what is in your dish. From the inspiration behind each dish to recommending the perfect wine pairing, the staff ensures you feel pampered from start to finish.
And speaking of wine, Enchanté offers an exceptional selection of champagnes, including vintages from Dom Pérignon and Krug. As soon as we sat down, a beautiful cart filled with a variety of champagnes was wheeled to our table. Ooh-la-la! The dedicated champagne cart is a delightful touch that allows guests to start their evening with a celebratory toast.
Enchanté Disney Cruise Menu
Though Chef Arnaud Lallement is not permanently stationed aboard the Disney ships, he personally trains the ship’s sous chef whenever the menu is updated to ensure the restaurant maintains his signature standards.
A big perk of dining at Enchanté is that while the majority of the menu is listed in front of you, the chef also chooses to surprise you with little additions to the meal along the way. For example, an amuse-bouche to begin the meal and cleanse the palate or even a surprise appetizer or entree addition. This helps to keep the experience unique and our six-course meal really ended up to be about nine courses when including the bread service. We loved every single one of the surprises, and it made our meal extra exciting!
Amuse-Bouche
At Enchanté, before the tasting menu officially begins, each guest receives an amuse-bouche — a tiny, complimentary bite from the chef designed to “amuse the palate.” At our meal, the evening began with the bread service, followed by canapés including a herb tartlet, a cheese tartlet and falafel bite and then the amuse-bouches: a rich foie gras foam with salted caramel and roasted macadamia nuts, and a delicate honeycomb soup topped with edible flowers. Everything was délicieux!
Bread Service
Like we mentioned above, warm sourdough is served before the meal with a creamy Échiré butter and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt.

For an even more exciting experience, consider the wine-pairing menu. Each course is accompanied by a carefully selected wine that enhances the dish's flavors. From crisp whites to full-bodied reds, the pairings are as curated as the dishes. Nonalcoholic options, such as water service, mocktails and sparkling juices, are also available.
Be sure to carve out enough time to enjoy the full experience. The Passion and Potager menus take about two hours to complete, while the Collection menu takes about three hours. Oh, and try to pace yourself, or you'll run out of room before dessert!
Please note that menu items and prices are subject to change. For the most current information, check the menus on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or at the restaurant once onboard.
How to Make a Reservation at Enchanté
To reserve your dining experience at Enchanté, we recommend making reservations as soon as your booking window opens on the Disney Cruise Line website or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Availability can be limited, especially for popular dining times. The Disney Cruise Line booking windows are determined by your Castaway Club member status.
This priority booking perk is an excellent way to secure a table at this exclusive dining venue. If you’re new to Disney Cruise Line, reservations open 75 days before departure. We recommend booking as early as possible to snag your preferred time and date!
If you aren't able to snag a reservation, be sure to visit Guest Services onboard on embarkation day and ask about availability. We've been able to join a waitlist and have had good luck with a reservation opening up during our sailing.
Enchanté Disney Cruise Final Thoughts
Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement is a toadally magical dining experience. From the decor and ambiance to the delicious food and impeccable service, every detail is designed to make you feel like royalty. While it’s an additional cost, this experience is great for foodies, romantics and anyone looking to add a touch of luxury to their voyage.

Is dining at Enchanté worth it? We think so, but you'll have to determine if it's right for you based on your budget, schedule, if you can sneak away from the kiddos and if you want to skip one of the Rotational Dining rooms.
