Inside This Post

Ahoy, froggy friends! If you’re setting sail on the Disney Treasure, prepare for immersive dining experiences that make you feel like you’re hoppin' into a Disney film. Dining onboard any Disney Cruise Line ship is exciting, but as the newest ship in the fleet, the Disney Treasure takes the dining experience to the next level. The Disney Treasure features Rotational Dining, a system that allows guests to experience three different restaurants, all while enjoying personalized service from the same dedicated waitstaff every night. There’s also a variety of quick bites, casual eateries and upscale adult-exclusive dining. Here’s our guide to everything you need to know about the Disney Treasure restaurants onboard!

Disney Treasure Restaurants — Rotational Dining

Like all Disney Cruise Line ships, the Disney Treasure features Rotational Dining, where guests cycle through three main restaurants throughout their cruise. Your serving team follows you from location to location, so you'll receive the same personalized service every night. This means your servers will know your names, drink preferences, how you like your steak and how many extra bread baskets to bring to the table (hey, we don't judge!). The Disney Treasure is unique in that you’ll visit each restaurant twice over your 7-day sailing but with a completely different menu and experience on your second visit.

The Disney Treasure’s Rotational Dining lineup features three Rotational Dining restaurants:

  • Plaza de Coco: The first-ever "Coco"-themed restaurant celebrating Miguel’s musical journey with storytelling, live music and Mexican-inspired dishes.
  • Worlds of Marvel: An action-packed dining experience featuring interactive Marvel entertainment and a menu filled with global flavors.
  • 1923:  A glamorous Hollywood-inspired restaurant that pays tribute to Disney’s golden age, featuring a sophisticated Californian menu.

Let’s take a closer look at each of the three Disney Treasure restaurants!

Plaza de Coco

Transporting you straight to Mexico with music, storytelling and traditional dishes, Plaza de Coco located on Deck 5 is one of the most immersive dining experiences ever introduced on a Disney ship. Inspired by Disney and Pixar’s "Coco," this first-of-its-kind dining venue celebrates the rich traditions of Día de los Muertos with two completely different dinner shows during your cruise.

On night one guests are invited to Miguel’s family fiesta. Your meal is accompanied by music, dancing and a heartwarming story about Miguel’s love for music and family traditions.

Disney Treasure Restaurants — dessert at Plaza de Coco

On your second visit to Plaza de Coco, the story takes a magical turn as the land of the dead comes to life. It features dark lighting, spirits and familiar faces from the movie. Bring the tissues because it's a doozy!

The menu offers antojitos such as street-style empanadas, poblano pepper soup and ceviche to start. For entrées, there's slow-roasted pork with green mole, grilled carne asada and fresh seafood dishes including the Yucatán-style red snapper. To end the fiesta, dessert options include churros drizzled with dulce de leche, Mexican chocolate mousse and flan with caramel sauce (pictured above).

Worlds of Marvel

Disney Treasure Restaurants — Worlds of Marvel table setting

Superhero fans, assemble! On the first night, Worlds of Marvel on Deck 4 is an interactive dining experience that brings the Marvel Universe to life. During dinner, guests become part of an action-packed Avengers mission, featuring appearances from Ant-Man, Spider-Man and Captain Marvel. For the second night, the restaurant has a second show titled, "Marvel Celebration of Heroes: Groot Remix." Guests can join Groot to throw a surprise party for Rocket. An "awesome mix" of hit songs and interactive Marvel trivia keep the whole family entertained.

Throughout the meal, interactive screens allow guests to join in the mission, while special effects and surprise moments (Spider-Man is that you?!) make the restaurant feel like a S.H.I.E.L.D. command center with a fine dining menu.

Disney Treasure Restaurants — Beef Wellington

The menu is inspired by Marvel Super Heroes and their international backgrounds, with dishes including:

  • Beef Wellington (pictured above)
  • Berbere-Spiced Pork Chops
  • Vadouvan Spiced Lamb
  • Biryani-Crusted Sea Bass

For dessert, indulge in a deconstructed mousse inspired by Stark Industries or a Black Panther chocolate torte.

1923

Named after the year Walt and Roy Disney founded The Walt Disney Company, 1923 on Deck 3 is a glamorous, Old Hollywood-inspired restaurant that honors Disney’s animation legacy. The decor takes you back to the golden age of Hollywood, with vintage Disney animation sketches, golden Art Deco accents and nods to classic films like "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and "Fantasia."

Disney Treasure Restaurants — 1923 table setting

The menu features California cuisine and uses locally sourced ingredients. Guests can choose from appetizers such as charred octopus with citrus dressing, heirloom tomato salad with basil vinaigrette or a lobster bisque.

The main courses don't disappoint with standout dishes including:

  • Filet Mignon topped with a red wine reduction sauce
  • Roasted Free-Range Chicken with seasonal vegetables and a light jus (pictured above)

The desserts at 1923 are just as refined, featuring a warm apple tart with vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate decadence cake and a light passion fruit mousse.

Room Service

Disney Treasure Restaurants — tray full of breakfast items

Room service on the Disney Treasure is available 24/7 and is super convenient. The breakfast menu is typically found in the top drawer of the vanity area in your stateroom, and you can fill it out the night before for morning delivery. Just hang it on the outside of your stateroom door before 3 a.m. and breakfast will be delivered at the time you select. Pictured above is our breakfast order from our last vacation on the Disney Dream, but room service is available on all the DCL ships.

To place an order at any time, simply call room service from your stateroom phone. Many menu items, such as sandwiches, salads, chicken tenders, burgers, cookies and even Mickey bars, are complimentary, but some specialty items may have an extra charge. Gratuities are not included, and it is customary to tip a few dollars per delivery.

What to Know Before You Go

Disney Treasure Restaurants — Kids menu at Worlds of Marvel

Here are a few more things you'll want to know before dining at the Disney Treasure Restaurants:

  • Check Your Dining Schedule & Table Number — Find your assigned dining rotation and table number in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app under the "My Plans" section.
  • Food Allergies and Special Diets — If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, notify Disney ahead of time (during booking or on the DCL website under "My Reservations" and then "Special Requests"). Once onboard, let your servers know — they’re trained to accommodate needs like gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free meals.
  • Vegan & Vegetarian Options — Disney Cruise Line offers plant-based options at every meal. Ask your server for additional vegan choices if needed.
  • Kid-Friendly Menus — Each restaurant has kid-friendly options like mac and cheese, chicken nuggets and pizza. Kids can also order from the main menu if they prefer.
  • Dining Atmosphere – The restaurants can be noisy and full of energy, especially Plaza de Coco and Worlds of Marvel, which have entertainment elements. If you or someone in your group prefers a quieter setting, visit Guest Services early to request a table away from the action.
  • Drinks Included vs. Extra Charges — Soft drinks, coffee, tea and even Shirley Temples are included at no extra cost. Alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees and smoothies are not included and will be charged to your onboard account.

The Disney Treasure restaurants are all delicious and immersive — there’s no shortage of options for your entire cruise vacation.
