Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a Theme Park Reservation?

Before purchasing your Disney World tickets, you'll be able to see which theme park reservations are still available for Disney World theme parks on your selected dates. Once you've purchased your Walt Disney World multi-day tickets, you'll want to hop over to the My Disney Experience app to make those Theme Park Reservations ASAP. Here is more on how that process works. If you'll be park hopping, you only need to reserve the first park you'll be visiting.

How do I pick my dates to visit?

Like we mentioned, when choosing when to visit Disney World, we have a convenient calendar on the ticket page that shows available Park Reservations at your time of booking. We also have some hopful resources on the best times to visit the theme parks:

What's the catch?

There's no catch! Undercover Tourist is an authorized ticket seller — the tickets you receive from us are the same you'd receive at the gate, just at a discount. Our tickets are RFID enabled, which means they're able to be connected to MagicBands and the My Disney Experience app with ease. Should you choose to purchase Genie+ service during your trip, you'll still be able to do so.

What are your shipping times and costs like?

E-tickets for non-reservation-based products will typically be emailed to you within 1-2 hours of placing your order. E-tickets for reservation-based products will be emailed to you after the vendor has confirmed your reservation details (usually within 48 business hours of purchasing). Disney E-tickets may take up to 24 hours to be emailed to you. These are general guidelines and may fluctuate for reasons outside of our control. Please check your email after purchase to ensure you are receiving all email communication from us.

Hi! Newbie here. Planning a Universal Studios Orlando trip in August '15. QUESTION: if I reserve hotel, Loewe's Royal Pacific, through TripAdvisor, i.e., and buy discounted tix through you....will I still get the perk of early admission and skip the lines through the hotel?? Or do I need to do the entire package through U.S. online? TIA and happy hopping!

I have purchased tickets from undercovertourist many times for various theme parks including Disney, Universal, and Seaworld and have been completely satisfied with the service. Shipping has been quick and pickup has worked perfect when it was too close to my departure time to use shipping.

I noticed that your Disney 10 day Non-expire MYW hopper with water park and more are not available on your website Today but were available yesterday, is this a glitch I am experiencing ? or are you temporarily out of stock and anticipate they may be available again soon ?

With the No-expiration option being removed from tickets, does that mean that you will no longer be selling those tickets? Secondly, if I currently have 10- day tickets with the No-expiration option currently attached to them. Am I able to add days to that ticket through disney without loosing the No-

expiration option or add days at all for that matter?

Reply
Feb 23, 2015 at 7:25 a.m. FrogBlog Says...

Hi Jordan,

We have some limited inventory of these tickets available now. As to your second question, Disney will continue to honor these tickets, but since the no-expire option is going away, I don't think you are going to be able to add days to existing no-expiration tickets at the gate. It's worth checking though!

Is Universal Express Pass available on any of the Universal Park-to-Park tickets you sell? Are there special hours with certain tickets like there are for Disney? Is parking included on any tickets? Thanks!

Reply
Feb 19, 2015 at 2:15 p.m. FrogBlog Says...

Hi Andrea,

You can add the Express Pass to any of our Universal tickets. Parking is not included. If you stay on-site at a Universal Orlando Resort and have theme park admissions, you get one hour early access to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at one and sometimes both of the parks. Additionally if you stay at Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Portofino or Loews Royal Pacific, you get Universal Express Unlimited for the length of your stay!

You show the SeaWorld weekday only ticket as not applying during certain blackout dates (including Easter week when we are going) but the SeaWorld website doesn't show blackout dates for the weekday only ticket. Can you explain why the difference? I'd rather buy from you but don't want the blackout dates if I can buy a weekday only ticket direct from SeaWorld. Thanks!

So you are NOT saying there is a definite price rise tomorrow but based on past patterns, if I know I am going this year, why wait to buy as the tickets are not going to get any cheaper if I wait and will go up relatively soon? So there is a pattern of rises on average every 11-12 months so why wait!
