Redemption

When you’re ready to redeem your bike rental, head to Unlimited Biking with your E-Ticket printed or on a mobile device. Be sure to bring one government-issued I.D to be retained as a deposit for all bikes.

- E-Ticket expires upon redemption. If E-Ticket is unused, E-Ticket will expire two (2) years from the date of purchase.

- Please bring a credit card to be kept on file for the security of all bikes.
- We know that plans change, although you’re asked to choose a date for your bike rental, you may use your ticket on a different date.
- All bikes have to be picked up and returned within operating hours.
- Riders under 18 must have an adult present.
- All guests must be able to ride their own bicycles, no rider may exceed 260lbs.
- Attachments such as double trailers and tagalong bikes are not permitted on electric bikes for safety.
