Keep in mind that if you visit in May, during Life Day (same time as Holiday Time) or during Star Wars Nite After Dark parties, you can find additional seasonal items. Check out the menus in the Disneyland app to see what's offered. Docking Bay 7 and Ronto Roasters have a tab for Seasonal Offerings when you use mobile order while at the parks. Also, menus do change seasonally, with new foods being offered or switched out all the time. The menus in the Disneyland app have the most updated offerings.

Reservations are not accepted for any Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge food and beverage locations, but several locations offer mobile ordering to help you skip the lines. These include Docking Bay 7, Ronto Roasters and the Milk Stand. Kat Saka's Kettle is exclusively walk-up. Docking Bay 7 is a quick-service location with seating inside and outside. Oga's Cantina has standing room tables, standing bar spots and a few tables. This location operates much more like a table-service restaurant, but there are only a few snack items offered and no reservations can be made. Instead, there is a walk-up wait list at the Cantina. You can request where you will be placed inside, but you might have to wait longer. There is seating throughout the land where you can enjoy foods from Ronto Roasters, the Milk Stand and Kat Saka's Kettle as well.

Oga’s Cantina

Welcome, weary space travelers, to this watering hole for smugglers, pilots, bounty hunters, locals and travelers alike. Oga's Cantina serves adult drinks and nonalcoholic beverages in unique vessels. It is also the first place to ever serve alcoholic drinks inside Disneyland Park. That adds an extra unique thrill. Entering the Cantina will really bring you back to the Mos Eisley cantina on the planet Tatooine as seen in the original "Star Wars" film. With alien creatures and otherworldly sounds being spun by a familiar droid DJ, you'll feel that you've stepped into an alternate universe. Oga's Cantina offers colorful themed cocktails, nonalcoholic “mocktails” and other options! Our post on Oga's Cantina can tell you more about the drinks as well as how to get into this hoppening watering hole.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Jedi Mind Trick and Outer Rim drinks

This is the best place to find specialty drinks with alcohol in all of Disneyland Park. And there's a whole list to choose from! Here are some of our tried-and-trues:

  • Fuzzy Tauntaun – Peach vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice with tangerine, pure cane sugar and “Buzz Button Tingling” foam (Mommy Frog says beware the magical foam of this drink, which makes your tongue and lips tingle and go numb on purpose!)
  • The Outer Rim – Patrón Silver Tequila, Pomegranate Liqueur, Lime Juice and Pure Cane Sugar, topped with Fruit Purée (we enjoyed this one!)
  • Yub Nub – Malibu pineapple rum, spiced rum, citrus juices and passion fruit (can be served in a souvenir Endor mug)

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Mythosaur mug and beer at Oga's Catina

If you're more of a beer-drinker, fear not! Oga's is the place to go for a space brew. We frogs reach for the Bad Motivator IPA, the White Wampa Ale Hefeweizen and the Ube-flavored, Jogan Blossom Hazy IPA. This beer is exclusive to Oga's and is fantastic if I do say so myself! There are also a couple of wines on tap as well.

On top of adult-drinks, Oga's has a substantial list of nonalcoholic drinks. Our tadpoles' favorites include The Grinning Loth-Cat and Blue Bantha. Unlike the Blue Milk served at the Milk Stand, the Blue Bantha is not a frozen beverage. Plus, it comes with a bantha-inspired brown butter chocolate chip and coconut cookie.

Be sure to ask your server about any secret menu or seasonal items.

Snack and Provisions:

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Rodian Ration

There are a few snacks on the menu at Oga's that rotate seasonally. The Garlic Cheese Five-Blossom Bread (warm garlic parmesan pretzel knot and chile de Arbol cheese sauce) is delicious, and the Oga's Obsession (lemonade, cotton candy flavor and blueberry popping pearls with a bursting dried fruit mixture) is a tadpole hit!

You’ll have to consume the beverages inside the cantina — can't take them to-go — so kick back, enjoy DJ “Rex” and keep your eyes on the other cantina patrons.

Oga's Cantina is a popular watering hole in the village of Black Spire Outpost. Reservations are no longer accepted for Oga’s Cantina. Join the Walk-Up list either in person or through the Disneyland app once you are near the cantina. Just type in "Oga's Cantina" and join the list. If you don't see anything available, keep checking. We have had pretty good luck scoring Walk-Up availability each day.

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Bounty Bun with Spiced Beef and Pork at Disneyland Docking Bay 7

This is the place for otherworldly tastes and flavors procured by one Chef Strono "Cookie" Tuggs, who has traveled the galaxy far and wide after his time at Maz Kanata's castle on Takodana. The themed restaurant alone is toadally cool.

Outside the building, you can see cargo containers being lowered into the roof. As you walk in, you can see the container lowered in. Many of the seats are in these containers! You can learn more about the numbers on the roof containers and the story behind them in Leap's post on Hidden Gems in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Grogu Cookies at Disneyland Docking Bay 7

Menus consistently change over time. You can always find the most current menus in the Disneyland app. One of our favorite limited-time foods is the Grogu Cookies. The iconic blue cookies are white chocolate dipped macaron cookies filled with pineapple cream.

The foods are all variations and new ways of presenting ingredients that earthlings should be able to recognize. Even in space, you can find dishes packed with protein and greens. Keep an eye out for bright blue caramelized onions!

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink -Surbat Valley Greens Salad Plant Based at Disneyland Docking Bay 7

The mom in me loves that we get our veggies in the delicious Docking Bay 7 dishes. You'll find a lot more vegetables at this location than "off-planet" in the rest of Disneyland, and that makes this Momma Frog very hoppy! There are a few plant based entrees, as well. The Surabat Valley Greens Salad is a quinoa-veggie mix, mini peppers and olives with a cilantro dressing If you eat a vegetarian or plant based diet, hop over to learn about the best vegetarian food at Disneyland.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Kids Meal Youngling Cheesy Noodles with Fried Chicken at Disneyland Docking Bay 7

The tadpoles have a plant based Youngling Garden Patty Bun as well as a fried chicken option with cheesy noodles (which also makes a great small meal for adults too).

You can also enjoy nonalcoholic beverages and a seasonal dessert. And you can't skip the Cold Brew Black Caf, topped with sweet cream and chocolate puffs! Docking Bay 7 offers Mobile Order, which is a great way to skip the lines.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Black Caf cold brew

If you are rising early to get a Lightning Lane reservation for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, you might be looking for a hearty breakfast in the Disneyland parks. Docking Bay 7 does not offer breakfast, but you can get a Morning Ronto Wrap next door at Ronto Roasters. We highly recommend it. Follow the link for more details on breakfast both in Galaxy's Edge and the rest of Disneyland.

Ronto Roasters

Former smelter droid 8D-J8 continuously turns the spit on tasty meats at Ronto Roasters. A recycled podracer engine powers the roasting for this dining experience. Wash down your Ronto Wrap with a nonalcoholic drink, such as the Meiloorun Juice (pineapple, lemonade with blueberry, white cranberry juice, lemon juice and Desert Pear). Skip the wait at Docking Bay 7 and grab a Cold Brew Black Caf at Ronto Roasters after 7 p.m.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - ronto wrap

The Ronto Wrap is a pita-like bread filled with grilled sausage and roasted pork with peppercorn sauce and tangy slaw. It's one of our favorite foods in Batuu. We also love the plant-based version, the Ronto-less Garden Wrap, with kimchi slaw, sweet pickled cucumber and plant based sausage. Ronto Roasters has Mobile Order, making these perfect foods to acquire quickly and eat on the go. Keep an eye out for seasonal and specialty food items here as well.

Ronto Roasters has a Ronto Morning Wrap until 10:30 a.m. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese and peppercorn sauce wrapped in a pita? Oh, yeah – it's one of our favorite on-the-go breakfast items!

Milk Stand

Get your farm-fresh Blue Milk (and now Pink Milk!) from this stand direct from Bubo Wamba Family Farms. The frozen concoctions are refreshing and unlike any milk you’ve ever tasted. Maybe that is because there is no actual dairy in these plant-based drinks! The wait is over because Milk Stand offers Mobile Ordering.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - kids holding blue milk

What do these kinds of milk taste like? The Blue Milk contains coconut and rice milk with flavors of dragon fruit, pineapple, lime and watermelon. The Green Milk has been retired at Disneyland. The Pink Milk tastes fruity and almost like strawberry banana or bubble gum.

Look for seasonal items here as well. The Milk Stand opens around 11 a.m.

Kat Saka's Kettle

Got the munchies? Grab some Popped Grains! The popcorn flavors at Kat Saka's are anything but ordinary, and the flavors change. You might get the colorful version that tastes a bit like kettle corn, but then you feel a little heat. The chocolate flavor reminds us of the flavor of Cocoa Puffs cereal. You might get a version that's a blend of caramel and chocolate-glazed popcorn. Our favorite is the pickle popcorn! The snack shop does not have Mobile Order. You can find these popcorn treats in the Market to the left of Ronto Roasters.

Seasonal flavors come and go, so the actual flavors will vary. We've even seen banana popcorn. This location may also offer other seasonal items such as a waffle or dough-based items. Check the menu online for the latest flavors.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Black Caf slushy

Also at Kat Saka's, ask about the Black Caf slushy! This Cold Brew slushy with chocolate cookie sweet cream and crème-filled chocolate cookie crumbles is (in our opinion) even better than the Cold Brew Black Caf.

Refreshment Stands

You'll see droid-driven refreshment stands that are in the colors of Coca-Cola and Sprite... with an alien twist. Be sure to pick up a special bottle of Coke, Diet Coke or Sprite packaged in "thermal detonator" round bottles just for Batuu. The Dasani water is also packaged just for Batuu. These stands are sprinkled throughout the land. If you'll be using the planet Earth's airspace to fly back home and want to take a bottle home, you can empty it and bring it in your carry-on luggage.

We've seen bags of chocolate popcorn or other snacks at the refreshment stands as well. Plus, this is a great spot to check for a fun popcorn bucket like an R2 unit or even the occasional AT-AT.

Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Food and Drink - Coke stand

That about covers all the Galaxy's Edge food and drink. If you are ready to learn about immersive experiences in Black Spire Outpost on Planet Batuu, be sure to hop over to Tad's Galactic Guide to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. You might want to fuel up (and use the restroom) before hopping in line for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Our Rise of the Resistance post will tell you how to ride with the shortest wait.
