SeaWorld® Orlando's 400-foot landmark, The Tower, has been a visual icon since the park opened in 1973. Transformed as the centerpiece of the all-new Tower Island, it is now surrounded by an aged fortress and a bar overlooking the picturesque harbor.
The Tower's six-minute capsule ride takes guests at a leisurely pace up to the top and back again, and slowly rotates for a complete bird's-eye view. From the capsule, guests can see downtown Orlando and other area attractions.
Sky Tower is located near the entrance of SeaWorld® Orlando. There is no extra cost to ride. Guests must be 48 inches tall or accompanied by a supervising companion who is at least 14 years old to ride. Each ride cycle can accommodate two wheelchairs, one per level, to be loaded into the ride vehicle. Any additional guests traveling in wheelchairs can either transfer from their wheelchair to a seat in the ride vehicle or wait for the next cycle. Guests traveling in ECV’s or oversized wheelchairs will be asked to transfer into a standard wheelchair at the attraction.
